Absolutely blown away by AirCon’s service! I messaged them late Thursday evening after spotting a water stain on the ceiling of my guest restroom, right next to the AC vent. I was honestly expecting to wait a few days, but their technician showed up the very next morning. He went up into the attic, did a thorough inspection, and took videos and photos to show me exactly what was going on. It turned out not to be an AC issue, but while he was here, he still checked my system and did coil cleanings on both ac units on the spot.
AirCon already handles my quarterly AC maintenance, but this was an extra visit and they still treated it like a priority. After the coil cleaning, it actually took me two days to figure out my new comfort setting because my house was suddenly that much colder. Not complaining! I love having this “problem” in Laredo, where the heat doesn’t play fair.
Trust me, if you want your AC taken care of by a team that’s fast, thorough, and professional, call AirCon. They’ll keep you cool and worry-free.

Excellent customer service. My air stop working sunday at midnight. By Monday at 8am Ricardo was at the house working on the unit. He explained why the unit was not working, replace the parts and even took pictures of all the work he did. Overall very satisfied with the work and highly recommend this company. Los contraté para limpiar los ductos de aire y hacerle mantenimiento a mi aire acondicionado antes de que llegue el calor fuerte del verano y la verdad quedé muy contenta con el servicio⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Llego a tiempo, fue muy profesional y me explico todo lo que reviso al final!
Yo tenía muchas preguntas porque sinceramente no sé nada de ese tipo de cosas, y el técnico fue súper paciente conmigo!😅 Se tomó el tiempo de explicarme todo de una manera fácil de entender y nunca me hizo sentir como si mis preguntas fueran tontas. Eso lo aprecié mucho🙏🏼
Limpio muy bien los ductos y reviso que todo el sistema del AC estuviera funcionando correctamente. Desde que termino -la casa se siente más fresca y me quedé tranquila sabiendo que todo está listo para el verano!☀️🥳
