Taylorโ€™s team did a phenomenal job. Thought it would take two days and they knocked it out in one. The guys were here by 8:00am and out by 4:00. Did complete ductwork take out and install. Great group of guys and will call on them again for any air or heat problems.

This is a long review, please be careful before using this company. ...... The problem early August our A/C stops working. It is only 31/2 years old under warranty.: The technician who came to my home told us we needed to replace the evaporator coil. Fortunately I would not have to pay for the parts, only the labor. Unfortunately the part could take 3-5 days to come in. The technician explained to us that he could get the system working by changing the freon. He explained that the freon will last until the part came in. I was told the cast to charge the system would be $480. I asked if that would come of the final bill when the repairs were completed after the coil came in. He explained that even after the coil is replaced they will have to change the system and I will be charged at that time. He said if he changed the system that day we would be able to use the system until the parts arrive. He changed the system we paid the $480. The freon didn't make it through the night. The system stopped blowing cold about 4 hours after he charged it. When I spoke to the shop Manager the next day I was simply given a estimate of $950 + a reduced fee of $350 to fill the system up with freon. Needless to say I was upset, I called a different company, they came out and confirmed the coil was the problem. They told me the technician could have run pressure checks to see if the system was leaking slowly or rapidly. Any knowledgeable technician would not have recommended charging the bad coil. The freon simply was going to rapidly leak. This company ordered, replaced, and changed my system for only $745. I have a warrantee on the parts and labor. I visited the office to request a refund or even a partial refund of the almost $500 I wasted on freon going in and out of my system. I relied completely on the technician giving me advice on his own knowledge and expertise. I am not an HVAC expert by any stretch. My decision to charge the system was made solely on the reassurance the expert technician had given me. The office Manager denied my request and refused to help in any way. Ultimately the price obviously was double what I was charged from the second company I called and the technician was inept or the company simply is getting over on uniformed consumers like myself. If you use this company get a second opinion, and Good Luck. ,......... It looks bad when you have to say the problem was my fault and how a timely phone call could have solved it. I was in contact with your office the morning after your technician left to let you know about the situation. I had spoken to someone at your office numerous times. If you were not associated with your company and you were to read my original post and your response what would you truly believe? Would you truly believe that your company was concerned about my situation or that your company was just trying to deflect a problem and find an obscure reason for the issue to be the consumers fault? If you paid $500 to repair anything and with in an few hours the problem came back I would believe you would have called the repair company correct? I certainly called and spoke to you many times. Again if you're a consumer be careful with this company and get a second opinion I'm sure you'll find a better price and better quality service. Good Luck. It looks as if they removed the reply thay posted. Get a second opinion prior to paying this company. I would avoid this company.

Mr. and Mrs. Carroccino we are highly disappointed we were not able to resolve this issue to your satisfaction. However, timely communication is vital when explaining our position on matters such as these. A simple phone call to discuss these matters at the time would have likely cleared up an obvious misunderstanding of our pricing and intentions. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction, fair pricing and quality workmanship.

My unit stopped blowing air and they got Chad out within about an hour of calling them! He came out and diagnosed and repaired the blower motor and also recommended I change out the capacitor which was badly rusting. He was friendly and helpful and worked fast. I was very impressed and will definitely be saving their information for future needs!

I called Advanced Air and asked them to install a 'soft start' to my heart pump so that I can use my 7.5kw generator to run it when the power goes out. Brandon offered his expert advice, installed it, and it works! I can run the a/c, the well pump, and some other devices when the power goes out. I am so thankful for Brandon and Madison for helping me get this working. We can be comfortable with no electricity, and without having to spend thousands of dollars on an automated generator system like they advertise on television.

Advanced Air Care in Crawfordville exceeded my expectations! My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year, and they came out the same day. The technician was super friendly, professional, and explained everything in detail. He quickly identified that my system needed a new capacitor and had it replaced within an hour. I appreciated how thorough he was in checking the entire system to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises or upsellsโ€”just honest, quality work. Itโ€™s so refreshing to find a company that truly cares about its customers. Iโ€™ll be calling them for all my air care needs from now on!

Advance Air Care does answer the phone quickly and responds quickly. Iโ€™m not sure if thereโ€™s something wrong with our A/C unit that Advance installed. House was built in late 2020 so the A/C unit was new in 2020. Advance put us on a maintenance plan that we did not order or ask for. Every time they come to do โ€œmaintenanceโ€ they tell me the capacitor is bad and needs to be replaced. The replacement cost is $150-180 with the service plan. Not sure how much it is without the plan. A good quality A/C capacitor from Amrad costs $40 on amazon and comes with a five year warranty. Also, the typical lifespan of an A/C capacitor in south Florida where itโ€™s hotter and more humid than up here, is 5-10 years. If the parts that Advance is using need to be replaced every 6 months then either the parts they are using are cheap, they arenโ€™t honoring the warranty of the parts they are using, or their A/C units are of low quality and have bigger problems than capacitors going bad twice a year and need to be replaced with units capable of operating properly. So far I have not been pleased with the service of Advance Air Care and no longer have a maintenance or service plan with them. I will be seeking a second opinion from another company about the state of our A/C unit
