Very professional and responsive. Four years ago, I wrote my first review. This week our AC started blowing hot and I freaked out. I called the office and Jimmy came out that day. Not only did he get our system back up and running, he charged the freon. Always going above and beyond for their customers.

Excellent service and a five-star experience. I’m a property manager for a large local community, and we use Advanced Air Care. This evening, we had an on-property emergency, and they responded within 30 minutes, took care of the issue, and left the residence with the AC fixed comfortable for the evening. I cannot wait to work with this vendor again.

Advanced Air replaced my unit in August 2024. Never had any issues with it until the end of July 2025. I call someone to come and look at it. I had to replace the breaker in the panel box. There was no other issues until Advanced Air came for my yearly service. Two weeks later the unit stopped working. I contacted them to come back out. They came back out and said that the HVAC needed replacing and charged me 90 dollars. Then they said that it would cost me 1000 dollars for the labor even though there's a 10 year warranty on the parts. I don't believe them for one minute that the HVAC went out when it was working before their so called service. It's was only 2 years old. And it's still not fixed.

We recently had a new system installed by Advanced Air Care, and it has been performing perfectly through both the freezing cold and the summer heat. We did have some initial complications with the new setup, but I was so impressed with how the team handled it—they stayed on top of it, fixed everything, and made sure we were taken care of. A huge shoutout to Chris, who is awesome! He gave us some really helpful recommendations that we hadn't even considered. It’s rare to find a company that stands by their work like this. We are very thankful!

AJ serviced my unit today. This is the second time he came out and did a very thorough job. He is very personable, friendly and conscientious about his job. I have been using Advanced Aircare for many years and find all of their employees, from management to technicians, to be friendly and conscientious about their work. I would highly recommend them.

I had my blower motor go down and Advanced Air sent someone earlier than scheduled. The tech was honest and thoughtful. Clear pricing was stated. I opted for the most expensive fix to keep OE parts. The tech had to go buy the parts and come back and still got my system fixed and running efficiently again. Nobody better in Tallahassee and surrounding areas to use than Advanced Air Care. Very good service and honest company. Thank you!!

After our fan blower motor went out they were quick and helpful getting us up and running. Update: we had issues with how it was initially installed due to the motor needing to be set up via Bluetooth. AJ, who was not the initial installer, worked hard getting this right and had to do multiple rounds of testing configuration. Thank you for the resilience in getting this corrected!
