My AC went out las Friday, I called AIR Central just before 5PM and Joe came within the hr. What we thought it was an easy fix, it turned to be a leaking evaporate coil. He managed my warranty with the manufacturer and got a coil replacement. Once it was ready to pick up, he got early and came to my house asap to had my AC back on and working again, just within 3 hrs he was done. I'll definitely recomend AIR Central to anyone experiencing issues with their AC.

I had an R-22 system that lost all the refrigerant. It had to be replaced since the refrigerant is no longer produced in the US. Two days later Joe and another gentleman came to the house and installed a new AC and only took about five hours. Awesome.

Joe (not me, just a coincidence), the owner of Air Central HVAC is a great guy. He replaced my HVAC system last year May 2024 with a new very efficient system. The price was far much affordable compared to what the big companies I had called were charging. Joe had replaced my neighbor's system and that is how I got to know him and his company. He is very kind, respectful, and approachable. During the installation, he explained to me every detail that I needed to know as a customer about the system and when to call incase of any issues. I did not have any problem until two weeks ago last month (January 2025) during the freezing temperatures. Both thermostats (upstairs and downstairs) kept shutting down and the house would be extremely cold. I called Joe and he came immediately the same day. After inspecting the system, he couldn't find any problem with the system but suspected that it had something to do with the dampers. He scheduled another visit this time with a technician from the company that manufactures that HVAC system. They discovered the problem was with the dampers and not the HVAC itself. They fixed the problem and everything is working great now. What is so impressive is that he would take the time to bring in a technician from the manufacturer just to make sure that the system is working the way it should. What better guarantee would one need? I will recommend Air Central HVAC. If you need peace of mind, this is the company to go with.
