Aim High HVAC installed a new Heat Pump system for me yesterday. Scotty Loan was the lead tech on the install and he and the whole team were punctual, courteous, and completely dedicated to customer satisfaction. AIM High was fantastic. We called them on a late Friday night when we had a water leak above our water heater and no hot water. AIM came out first thing Saturday morning. We already had a contract with them for HVAC maintenance and we felt we could trust them to repair our pipes to and from the water heater even though they weren’t the original installer who no longer was in business.
Their cost was very reasonable especially compared to some of the bigger outfits. We had Rex as our service provider and he was great- very professional, explained everything and was very efficient. We will continue to use them!

Tim at Aim High HVAC was recommended by a friend who had used there service and was very pleased. My first contact with Tim was to tell him of the problems we were having with our furnace, he listened and said he would have his service technician come the next morning. David arrived on time and came prepared so figure out our problem that other HVAC people had been unable to. After the diagnosis, we determined we did not want to spend the money on the 15 year old system and again called Tim. Time came to our house the same day (our furnace was only working intermittently and it was cold) and discussed what options his company could provide. We decided on a complete new furnace/air conditioner and added steam humidifier and whole house filtration system. Then the surprise came, they could install it the next day. At 8:30 the next morning the team arrived, five people led by Andy and Chris got right to work. At 5:00 that evening we were up and running, they were impressive, the work looked great! WE were so impressed that we began talks with Andy about also replacing our aged 2 tank hot water system with an on demand system. They arranged a time the next week for the install and again 5 person team of well trained technician's arrived on time and did a wonderful job. The piping and venting is a work of art and the system is working perfectly. Not done yet, Andy and Chris arrange a meeting to go over the system again to make sure we were happy and that we understood how to operate our new system. It been a month and the system is working perfect, we have never been more comfortable in our home. Thanks to the team at Aim High for a great job!

Rex arrived on time to do our annual furnace maintenance. He introduced himself and asked if we had been having any problems with the furnace and then we talked about what he would be doing to the furnace as part of the maintenance.
