Nick took the time to explain everything from start to finish in layman's terms, was always incredibly patient and gracious with his time and on multiple occasions, assisted us with questions and calls out of normal business hours. Alongside his expertise, his recommendation for a conveyancer was also top notch. I have known Nick and the AFMS team for a few years through work, and having them assist with our home purchase was a no brainer. In addition to Nick, Andrew, Jordan and Denise were also always on hand to give us moral support and cheer us on along the way during our negotiation process. We initially contacted Andrew to explore an investment loan using the equity in our current property. Andrew took the time to explain the process, answer all of our questions and guide us through our options. As our plans changed, we decided to renovate and refinance our existing home instead. Andrew was incredibly supportive and patient throughout the entire process, adapting to our changing circumstances and making what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and manageable. Once our renovation is complete, we plan to refinance again and look to re-enter the investment market. Been using Andrew at AFMS Group as my mortgage broker for over 10 years now and he always sorts it out. My whole family uses him too for everything from basic refinancing to investment properties. The guy knows the market inside out and just cuts through the usual runaround. On a recent purchase, our lender threw a massive curveball right before the deadline. Andrew stepped in, dealt with the bank directly, hit our settlement date on the dot, and somehow still managed to get us a better interest rate than we expected. Just locked in another house with his help. If you want a straightforward broker who actually gets things done without the headache, can't recommend Andrew and the AFMS team enough.
