I cannot recommend Andrew for refinancing. What was supposed to be a fast approval turned into a long, drawn-out disaster. His 'calm' attitude was actually a lack of professionalism and poor communication. He definitely did not make the process easier; he made it a stressful experience for my family.
Working with Andrew was a huge mistake. He claimed to handle things calmly, but it felt like he just didn't care about my deadlines. The refinancing approval was incredibly slow, and he made the whole process much more difficult than it should have been. Do not expect any help from him if you're in a hurry.
