Amazing customer service and prices!!! I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. The customer service and professionalism of the staff is exceptional compared to other window companies I’ve spoke with in the past. The prices are amazing and so is the work done. Usually, the phrase, “you get what you pay for,” is applicable and is true, but in this case, it’s not. The work that was done is amazing and I’m grateful for them. The kindness of the staff for taking time to explain things in terms that are understandable for people who are not in the industry is greatly appreciated. I would absolutely do business with them again!

they did an absolute fantastic job for us. pretty much did the whole exterior of my house gutters , soffits , vinyl on the house , door-facings wrapped in metal finished the ceiling and closed in the attachment on the house underneath my deck and put all brand new vinyl windows in our home .everyone that showed up to my home was fantastic, easy to talk to, very approachable and professional and did an amazing job . You cannot beat the quality of work that they do and the prices that they offer. we checked with four big window companies and got estimates. they were all way overpriced compared to this company and the quality of work that these guys do is amazing. reached out to them. they came out the same day. gave me an estimate. I told them yes and within a couple days their workers were out and had the job done in one day. I can't say enough about the work that they do .

WOW!!! What an incredibly smooth process. From Zak estimating, to Jude scheduling, to Rick managing and measuring, the install crew were so kind and respectful. They worked hard for 2 days to replace and wrap our windows and door. There was no mess when they were finished. They communicated with me every step of the way. And of course Bill the owner is the best of the best!

We researched and reviewed several well known window contractors. Affordable Windows Solutions had the best reviews and sounded like a reasonable fit for our budget. These men were professional and craftsmen at their best. I am on heart medication which requires the thermostat to stay around 70 degrees. The stat now stays on 66 and we are very warm . Should have called Bill 10 years ago.

Affordable Windows Solutions was fantastic. The purchasing process wasn't as elaborate or defined as some of the bigger window companies but the friendly service, personal contact and fantastic work made the experience a great one. I was never ignored, the installers were patient through my questions, they were thorough and the windows look fantastic. The prices were far more reasonable than the three other companies I got quotes from and based on this experience when I need Windows in the future I would use them again 100%
