The LED screen on m solar inverter was faulty. I contacted APS and was assisted quickly and within a few days the inverter was removed and taken to the supplier to be fixed. I was notified via WhatsApp on a weekly basis on the progress. The service I have received from APS was absolutely outstanding and the job was done very efficiently.

Had a system installed a few years back ,unfortunately after sales service is poor ,sales seem to be priority. I would advice any potential customers to strongly consider the above given that your warranty is linked to APS.It hasn't been just one incident but a number over the years.After sales service is extremely important given the expected lifespan of these systems.

I must say that I believe you are being dishonest, sir. Our records will serve as evidence.
The first complaint was received on April 19, 2023, and was resolved by April 20, 2023. The issue was identified as a failed geyser element, and the client was advised to contact their insurance for resolution. No call-out fee was charged. The second complaint was made on January 8, 2025. We addressed it the following day, January 9, 2025, and resolved the issue. The last complaint occurred on February 12, 2025, during a period of high call volumes due to the resumption of load shedding. Despite this, one of our electricians was able to contact the client shortly after 6:00 PM to attempt a telephonic resolution. Typically, about 80% of such system issues are due to spikes caused by load shedding. Rather than leaving the client without power, we restored the system and asked them to monitor it and inform us if the problem persisted, so we could send someone out. We didn't hear back from the client on February 13, 2025, but on February 14, we noticed a negative review on social media. The client was immediately contacted, other appointments were rescheduled to attend to him, and the issue was resolved within an hour or two. As the company's director, I personally called the client to confirm the problem was resolved and that he was satisfied, to which he agreed. However, when I asked him to remove the review from social media, as I felt it was unfair, he responded with "absolutely not."
These are the only three incidents, and each was addressed either on the same day or the following day. We are currently consulting with legal counsel, as the client's false accusations are slandering our reputation.
