I spoke with Shaylyn, she did an amazing job, very easy to talk to. Was very helpful, knew what she was talking about, how to navigate through everything 💯. They need 100 more Shaylyn’s working for the company.

People are quick to tell everything when something is wrong. I'm here to tell you how a company can progress by having the right person (people) in place to assist those in need. I honestly called to complain and cancel my insurance due to a technicality. I've called several times (3-4) within the year and received help but it was not informative nor corrected my issue. TODAY WAS DIFFERENT! A young lady by the name of "Dymond" answered the phone. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and understanding. Just when l thought my call was to cancel my insurance, she quickly reassure me that everything was okay and she's taking of things. I will follow up in a few weeks to verify that she has done exactly what she said.

Had my life insurance policy with this company for over 10 years. I have ZERO complaints. Any time I have a question or an issue, I can call their customer service number and ALWAYS get a person on the other end who speaks english and is easy to understand. Their goal is to fix your problem or answer you question and get you back to your day. Grateful they came to my agency and promoted their services. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for reasonable life insurance with awesome customer service.
