I'm a picky customer. Brandon spent a huge amount of time understanding me and what I really need. Once at home, I shot a lot of emails and I've always received timely replies with all the information I requested. I appreciated not only his patience in helping a customer like me, but also his great competence and the passion for his job! Now I'm a happy owner of an Aprilia Tuono. Exactly what I needed. Great service! Thanks, Brandon. UPDATE - I always thought that passion and professionality are mutually exclusive. I was wrong! AF1Racing Austin proved I was wrong when I had a problem with my motorcycle (hey! sooner or later everybody experiences problems, right?): not only did they resolve the problem with the highest professionalism I've ever seen, but their passion for what they do allowed me to return to the road in a very short time! I could call to ask about the status any time, and everybody was aware of my situation. Everybody worked as a perfect team to provide all the information I need, to provide suggestions and to resolve all my problems. I had the feeling that the whole team was working only for me! For this reason, I decided to purchase a second motorcycle at AF1Racing Austin: the fantastic bikes they offer is just one reason for it; the real reason is that I feel in good hands, they can assist me at the best and resolve any kind of problem it may occur. Once again, thanks Brandon, thanks Ruben! See you when I'll be ready to buy my third Aprilia.

Brandon Napier was absolutely phenomenal, he truly went above and beyond, and kept in constant communication throughout the entire process. Myself being a car salesman for years, it’s hard to trust or even stomach other salespeople but Brandon was honest, transparent, friendly, and genuine since the moment I met him. He made me feel very comfortable and actually enjoy the process with him. I would recommend Brandon Napier to anyone who is shopping for a motorcycle, just go in and talk with him, be honest with him because you’re in great hands. I can’t recommend AF1 highly enough. Great selection of bikes and parts. When special offers come around, don’t miss them. No hassle, no haggling, no half empty promises, just a straightforward simple transaction with guys who are interested in repeat customers. I’m the third person in my family to buy a bike here. Even though we’re 250 miles away, AF1 is our favorite motorcycle shop.

Sean took care of me, I bought a 2025 T120, it was a great experience and fast. The only recommendation I will give is, I bought my dream bike many people are, and it felt kinda underwhelming, more like pay here, there you go. No sticker no tshirt no pictures. But Sean and the team was great. I will purchase again with them in the future for sure.

Terrible. Do not come here if you need your bike fixed. You WILL be better off guessing and fixing it yourself (because they don’t know either). Absolutely NO mechanical knowledge here, only VINs… YouTube is where you will be looking for answers, as this place will make it seem impossible to change out a part or repair your bike at all. Anyway, soon they will be gone and there will be room for someone else to do a good job. Unfortunately not soon enough, though.

Respectfully sir, we aim to get you the right parts the first time. This requires the VIN for Triumph motorcycles. Just the last 6 digits of the VIN is all we need. As anyone can see from our other reviews, we work hard to get it right, and we aren’t going anywhere. Good point though, YouTube is a great resource for step by step repair videos, great suggestion. Hope you found everything you needed to get back on the road.

We just bought an Aprilia RS660 (Blue Marlin) for our son Matthew from AF1 Racing Austin, and the experience couldn’t have been any smoother. Brandon Napier was the gentleman who guided us through the process, and I must say — it couldn’t have been easier. Brandon was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but also genuinely passionate about what he does. When I say easy, I really mean it. All it took was one phone call, and within 30 minutes the deal was done. We placed a deposit that same day, sent payment the next, and by the following business day the bike was already on its way to San Antonio. Delivery was handled by Mr. KC, a knowledgeable young man who took the time to make sure everything was set up properly and that we were comfortable before he left. From start to finish, AF1 Racing made Matthew’s dream come true — and we’re truly grateful to everyone there for their professionalism and care. It’s worth mentioning that our first stop was CTX Motoworks in San Antonio, but unfortunately the experience there was the opposite — lack of follow-through and attention to detail led us to look elsewhere. In hindsight, we’re glad it worked out this way, because AF1 Racing not only offered better service but even a better price on the bike. Thank you again to Brandon, KC, and the entire AF1 Racing team for an outstanding experience. Highly recommended!

I took home my first bike today (Triumph Scrambler 400x) and can’t express enough how pleased I am with the buying process from the very beginning to the very end. Brandon Napier is the guy you want in your corner when buying your first bike. He handled the sale from the moment I walked in the door with class and professionalism. It was a joy to arrive at a decision at my own pace while using Brandon’s wealth of knowledge and expertise to get there. As goes for the delivery of the bike, KC is a rockstar. A very gentle, patient human who enriched the buying process. I cannot recommend AF1 enough. If it ever gets to the point where I need or want another bike, I wouldn’t consider any other shop in the entire state of Texas. Keep up the great work gents and thank you!
