Got 16 panels and Eddi fitted 2yrs ago.Got advised by pauric Martin what to get.it is paying off now.We only have maybe 2 to 3 Esb bills a year now.From the time the boys fitted the panels to the electrian who wired the panels nothing a issue, Highly recommend this company.

Luke was fantastic in explaining the options during the initial visit, and the installation team, including both the roof lads and electricians, were professional and efficient. Arrived on 2nd attempt to fit panels. Disappointed, as I took a day off to be here from them. They only contacted me on the day they were suppose to arrive. The electricians who arrived a few days later were on time, clean job, and friendly. Overall, the completed job was very neat and I am very happy with it. I would have given AEI 5 stars but for their failure to arrive as promised.

I'm afraid my expierence was not great. The electrican informed me during the installation that the element in my hot water tank was gone, this proved to be not true. The solar panels have yet to heat any water six months after the installation. Have had to pay a plumber to check the hot water tank and have asked AEI on two occassions for help to rectify, nothing as of yet. Paid them almost 9000 euro for a system that does not work and they have been no help. Sent me links to youtube videos. I am at a loss

From the very first engagement with Paddy, it has been a pleasure dealing with AEI. Very compelling offer on their solar panels & hybrid inverter. Spotlessly clean work from start to finish. Polite. The roofers, the electricians, the PM Jason. Very rare to come across such good service from so many touch points in a company. Thoroughly professional but also very friendly and responsive. AEI arranged for the installation of solar panels on my house in October for the purpose of producing electricity for the Grid. The work was completed satisfactorily over two days and was up and running before they left. I'm very happy with the system and highly recommend AEI.
