I had an amazing experience with AEF, and I highly recommend their duct cleaning service. My home has a cat allergen issue, and Mike showed up and did an outstanding job with a complex cleaning. He is a true expert, and was able to address the complexity of the cleaning, and he mentioned items he observed that helped tremendously. The front office was also outstanding, very friendly and helped to schedule the work in the limited time frame that I had. Thank you AEF!

I highly recommend this company!! They did such a thorough cleaning on our furnace that it fixed it.! We thought we were going to have to replace the whole furnace . Their cleaning saved us thousands of dollars. Highly recommend!! The technician we had was Jay. He was very polite ,kind , informative , thorough cleaning, very clean job . Jay and Jackson did a fantastic job on our 1950s rambler! This truck based suction system is terrific and creates high enough negative pressure that virtually no dust is released into the house. They cleaned all of our ducts and a wood burning fireplace that hadn't been cleaned in 30 years. It was amazing to see all of the creosote getting removed from the sides of the chimney with the whip tool they use to loosen debris. I got a little video of the creosote falling down the chimney and you could see all of it getting sucked straight into the large vacuum tube. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend Jay and Jackson. They did a beautiful job of cleanup when they were finished.

Overall, the two gentleman did a good job. However, they left the panel of the furnace open and took the two screws with round heads that secure the top panel to the furnace. Now, the panel just floats there - NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT!!!

We recently had AEF Cleaning service/clean our furnace and dryer vents. The technicians arrived on time. We had a few vents that were difficult to reach and our cats were not cooperating during the service. Julian and Rigo were able to troubleshoot the situations; finding creative solutions to work around our cats to get the job done. Everything was done efficiently and well above our expectations. Julian and Rigo did an amazing job overall! We will definitely use AEF Cleaning in the future.

Amazing company to work with. The front office was very accommodating and efficient in supplying me with the support I needed. On the day of service the company was running early and they took the time to reach out and confirm that it was okay to come earlier. Julian and Jackson came ready to work with smiles a d a great attitude. After surveying the project, Jackson and Julian took the time to protect my house with tarps. They removed their shoes even without asking. Rarely do I see this. They answered all my questions and performed their job in an efficient and tidy manner. At the end of the task they rolled up their tools and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Making sure not to leave anything behind. I will definitely be using their services in the future. The level of respect and courtesy was amazing.

AEFCleaning is an exceptionally fine company. They have operated as a family business for many years and maintain an ethic of good service and of making sure that customers are fully satisfied. At first contact, phones are answered by actual staff members who listen --not unresponsive recorded menus. The technicians have good equipment and arrive when they say they will. Most of all, the owner takes a personal interest in seeing to it that "every customer is happy" with their service and will go to great lengths to make it so. I used AEF for duct-cleaning and it is a great relief to know that I am breathing clean, safe air. I can actually tell the difference. Thank you, AEF!

As a repeat customer, I continue to be impressed with how easy it is to schedule a service call and the excellent work they do. I most recently had AEF out for a duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and chimney cleaning (bundling provided a discount), and the visit was efficient, professional, and comprehensive. Scheduling was very easy and they were flexible when I needed to change dates slightly. They called with a reminder the day before and let me know when they were on the way, which was very helpful. For the various cleanings, they were setup with floor coverings and suction systems in no time - even temporarily taking a door off its hinges was done very quickly. They started on the duct cleaning, which took a little time for a 3000 sq. ft. house and they moved systematically through each room. The dryer vent (which was short but had a lot of bends in it) and chimney were both comparatively quick to complete. Within a few hours everything was very clean and they were on their way.
