wonderful experience here. as a young woman i wanted a personal safety handgun and every sales person went above and beyond. told me about all options that were best for my requirements and helped narrow it down. there were 3 seperate hand gun counters so you talk to different salesmen as you walk the store. it’s also great since they have a gun range connected, you can rent the gun you’re looking at and practice before buying (BYO safety equipment bc they make u buy it) Thanks yall!
Always a dumb experience. This is a review of the range. They have the absolute stupidest rules and enforcement. The rule, in and of itself is not a problem. No shooting steel casings. Fine. They are not the only range that has this rule (but they seem to be increasingly in the minority). But the issue is the enforcement. If you bring steel casing into the range at all, they ban you for 24 hours. What??!?!?!
I don't mean if you sneak them into the range and try to shoot them. In the waiting area, if you have them...banned.
And here is the even stupider part....I told them, I have steel casings, but I am not going to be shooting them. I brought he brass casings to shoot at their range.
It's like...if there are steps casings, keep those at the front, or I'll put them in the car, or I'll just buy your ammo to shoot. A million reasonable resolutions, and one completely absurd resolution. They choose the most absurd resolution.
It's like...you ever stop going to a place for so long that you forget why you stopped going. Then, you go back and are instantly reminded? They is this place.
So glad I cancelled my membership (which they made ridiculously difficult to do also).
Just, always a bad experience.
I'm sure it works for some people....but, I don't see why anyone would come here when they have other options.

I stopped by want to purchase a compact, 10 mm. Barrel length 3.8 or 4.0 i asked the customer service behind the counter. On the Glock section about Glock 29 or Springfield, XDM elite compact or the sig . But he rudely.Answer me he dont have it . well, I see it in the display.I did not say anything , I just walked away. And I understand in life sometimes is a bad day.So maybe it's my bad luck to deal with the person who has a bad day.God bless you all.

PRECURSOR- 3 STARS REVIEW ONLY BECAUSE WEDNESDAY VISIT. MICKEY IN ARCHERY, 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Visited on a Wednesday. Went to archery counter and stood for at least 20 minutes and watched employees walk with some walking by me, not agnoliging. 5 minutes later, asked if I needed to check out a bow. He said, "Bowtech isn't working today, but there is someone who knows something about bows here. I can send them over." I said ok. Waited another 10 to 15 minutes to no avail! So, annoyed, I left. Went back Saturday. MICKEY, in archery saved my opinion and overall experience with Adventure Outdoors. Saturday Note- Within 10 seconds walking in, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help.👍 Ya'll, Mickey in archery is the best bow tech that I've had an experience with. Professional, knowlegable, educated me on bows and patient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. With that being said, I purchased a Hoyt bow. Thanks Mickey! Appreciate it.
Came in to look at one pistol. Ended up buying two pistol and some extra magazines. As always, the employees I dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly and cheerful. The whole process went by quickly and easy. Will be back again soon.
