I’ve been shopping here since the 1980s. I’m sorry to say I’ve become very disappointed with the direction of the store. I was excited to purchase an advertised special of buy a case of ammunition and receive a free Smith and Wesson firearm. I bought the package but was disappointed to find when I opened the ammunition it was factory seconds. I contacted the store and the manager was polite but stated that the “ad guy” made a mistake and should have indicated that it was seconds. I told him I’m just not a factory seconds guy and I’d be glad to pay the difference for quality ammo. He said he would get with the owner and let me know. I called the next day and the owner said that I got an amazing deal and I was stuck with it. To make matters worse I paid $21.99 a box for the ammo which is what the street price is for first quality ammo. Somethings not right here. I feel they are either not doing as well as they seem or they are using their reputation to cash out on all the great customers from over the years. I’m a loyal customer of over 40 years but I’m done. This isn’t the store or family it used to be.
As a side note the ad has been running for over three weeks now. They know it’s wrong and misleading but they never changed it. Makes you wonder.
I’ve also recently learned that they sold a stolen gun to a Kennesaw State student and he spent three days in jail over it. What’s going on here???? Google adventure outdoors sells stolen gun.

I have been shopping here for about a year now. A friend introduced me to this place last year. He said he has been going to adventure outdoors for years and years. So the moment I went in. I was in heaven. It’s like a kid in candy store. Every single person that works here is phenomenal. So nice and they are like extended family. They help, teach and guide you. I even signed for a full year membership for the gun range. In the past year alone I have purchased multiple guns from adventure outdoors. And many many other accessories and ammunitions. I love this place. They even do price match. So you see something on line, no problem. They match the price and or order it for you. I HIGHLY recommend this place. You will be a family member after first visit.
