We booked a 2-hour private boat tour with Matt that we absolutely loved. Matt was super nice and an absolutely top-notch guide. He showed us lots of spots and told us a lot about the area, different houses, and yachts. We also had the time for swiming in a nice Bad. He was super nice to our kids and answered all the questions they had. We never felt like we had to rush back or that we were under any pressure. Next time, we’d just book more hours. Both we and our kids were absolutely thrilled—not just by the trip itself, but by Matt. Highly recommended and definitely worth the money.

Bay of St Tropez Boat Trip - Fantastic, Definitely Recommended
A fantastic boat trip around the Bay of St Tropez. Lots to do, including waterskiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, tubing and snorkelling, and Matt has all the kit available on board. Matt is very flexible about the trip, and is also very engaging and welcoming and has a very nice comfortable boat. There were only 3 of us on the trip, but ample room for more. The trip allows you to view areas of the Bay of St Tropez that you would never see unless on the water. There’s time for stops in secluded areas of the bay with swimming and snorkelling, then water-sports in the bay, and sightseeing from the water including a tour of St Tropez harbour and Port Grimaud (which is a totally different perspective by water!) Communication with Matt to plan the trip and arrange the meet up was excellent. I would strongly recommend a trip with Matt. Please note, TripAdvisor lists the trip as Cogolin, but it is available from St Tropez, Pt Grimaud and St Maxime (we started and finished at St Tropez).

Superbe journée à Saint-Tropez
C'était une expérience vraiment amusante pour ma famille et moi. Matt nous a fait visiter la baie en nous montrant des monuments historiques et d'autres faits intéressants. Il a été très patient et accommodant avec nos deux jeunes filles. Nous avons eu une excellente expérience à nager et à profiter de l'eau.

Quelle expérience formidable nous avons eue avec Matt. Super super gentil. Il nous a emmenés autour des différentes baies, expliquant et nous montrant les maisons fabuleuses de célébrités dans la région. Nous avons également eu le temps de faire une baignade relaxante et nous nous sommes arrêtés pour prendre une glace dans le petit village à côté de la rue. Tropez. Notre fils et sa petite amie ont passé un moment fabuleux à explorer les différentes options d'outils aquatiques que Matt a proposées. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience 5 étoiles, fortement recommandée pour tout le monde ! ! ! !
Absolutely wonderful experience. We did a 4-hour private tour with Matt and had an amazing time. He gave us a tour of the beautiful Saint Tropez bay, plus water sports (snorkeling and paddle boarding). During the whole tour, Matt was professional, accommodating and super fun. Next time we’re in Saint-Tropez, we’d do this all over again!

Our trip was cancelled due to weather conditions. However, I am writing this review because Matt was great about ensuring that we were safe. He kept us up to date regarding the weather conditions and offered alternatives. We were so impressed by his level of professionalism. We never once felt like we were being forced into doing an activity. His priority was to make sure we were safe and enjoyed the trip. If we ever go back to St. Tropez, we will definitely book this activity with Matt.

He was an excellent guide, incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed.Despite us having no prior experience, Matt was brilliant at instructing us in various watersports – including wakeboarding, snorkelling, and the inflatable doughnut – making it fun and safe for everyone.From the moment we booked, Matt was quick to respond to messages, and he even advised us to move our trip to a different timeslot to avoid bad weather, which meant we got perfect conditions.We can wholeheartedly recommend Matt and this activity – absolutely worth every penny!
