We came to pick up our order at the scheduled appointment time, but no one was even present to assist us. We ended up waiting for almost an hour. When all of them finally arrived, one of the employees said they had just gotten back from their lunch break.
I was surprised that everyone seemed to be taking their break at the same time, with no one available to accommodate customers who clearly had scheduled appointments. If you offer appointment times for order pickups, there should be someone available to assist customers at their scheduled time. Very disappointing.
I was looking for a roof top tent rental all over the city of Vancouver. I was having no luck as my ram 1500 had no roof racks or cross bars. Uzzi got me in that afternoon and had the bars and tent on my truck! He offered sales, rental and rent to own options. He took the time. Installed everything for me and showed me how to use it. Everyone else was saying it was to last minute to get a tent. I was sleeping in this one hours after our first phone call. Thanks Uzzi!
Some hiccups from growing pains of moving into a new building but overall I'm impressed with whatever vendor they got the topper from we went with the sliding window they are more rectangular then other distributors which I like and it has kinda of a side step attached for later whenever we needed to access cargo off the roof
Called to see if they had doghouse Badlands tent in stock which the guy told me they had one in each colour so I left work early drove an hour and a half for him to say he didn’t have any and it was a misunderstanding on his end and tried to sell me more expensive tents that I didn’t want would not go back

I originally went in to rent a roof rack and two bike racks for a trip. Right before getting everything set up, I had a sudden, sinking realization: my Volvo XC90 didn’t actually have a hitch receiver like I thought it did.
