The Bad, Worse to Worst Service The Bad I ordered a crossbar and cargo box from them. After giving all the info about my vehicles and a few long phone calls, I was told they had the proper ones to fit my car. I went all the way there for the fit, none of the crossbars they had fit my vehicle. One of their service person, suggested it was good to go even though the fit wasn't good. Cargo Box would have flown off the rails, if I decided to trust her. When I raised my concern, the other person fortunately agreed with me and said they don't have crossbars matching my rails. The owner promised to re-imburse my payment, as they did not have a product that will fit my vehicle. They should have been aware of my vehicles fit and should have pulled the plug, when the fit wasn't good, instead ofone of them suggesting to still use it and take a chance. I let it slide giving them a benefit of doubt The Worse My plan was still to buy the cargo box from them after I got an after market crossbar that will fit my vehicle. They promised to reverse the charge in 10 days. I trusted they will do it. I came back from a vacation, only to find the charge was still there more than a month later The Worst I called them up on Whatsapp, Phone. Left messages on both. I still haven't got a reply from them, 3 days after I left my message. I was able to talk to my Credit Card company and get the charges reversed today. Its really hard for me to think anything other than deviousness on this companie's part. I had given them more chance than they deserved and it just got worse. Personally I will never do business with this company and will actively tell any of my friends and people I know from dealing with this shady business. Google does not have a negative star, that's what they deserve

We bought a Thule cargo box from Uzzi and the team at Adventure Outdoors a few months back. However, when we went to mount and install the box on our roof, we found one the latches was not functioning properly. Uzzi was quick to act and ordered a new box for us. As we were leaving for our vacation property shortly, Adventure Outdoors loaned us a box for 2.5 months until we returned. I thought this was terrific service from a company that stands behind their products. I would highly recommend Adventure Outdoors.

I had to wait about 3 to 4 weeks longer than was shown on the website at the time of my purchase. Given that, the purchased cargo basket platform came as what I expected and with good quality.

After making my appointment to pick up the roof racks, I met the team member at the door and we went through the rack options for my honda pickup to ensure we had the right ones I installed them as instructed and they seem to fit as expected. I’m anxious to load up the kayaks and give them a true test.

The staff were very helpful in assisting to mount the roof top tent to my very tall truck. I appreciate their patience in this. The roof top tent is looking good and only has a few minor concerns. They should look at upgrading the hardware kit for mounting as it is a bit lacking. Otherwise the tent and ladder seem great so far. A true camping test awaits this weekend.

Roof top tent rental. We were very happy with the tent which became our home for 5 weeks. It was easy to set up and pack down each day. We slept through -2c to 42c rain and sunshine. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable and the big ‘windows’ all around provide plenty of atmosphere and control. Adventure Outdoors service level was second to none. We had a little issue while on the road and the response was rapid and professional. We thoroughly recommend this company and would use again.

Uzzi is great to deal with. He is a no pressure guy and is very transparent throughout the buying process. I bought the camp-in aluminum AO pop up tent and it has been amazing. I’ve taken it on two trips down dusty logging roads. The seal was perfect and nothing was dusty upon arrival. The mattress is extremely comfortable and the perfect size - it slept my wife and I and could have slept our child as well. The zippers are high quality and the rain proofing is quality. The only downside to the pop up tent is the support bars on the inside have no padding around them and the skirt around the base sometimes lifts off (easily puts back on). All in all it is a fantasist tent and an amazing buying experience. This is a quality product and I would go back to Uzzi for more outdoor products.

Uzzi was amazing in all honesty. He really is looking out for what products beat suit your needs. I was looking for a roof box to accomodate my 2 vehicles and he helped me tighten my search based on the size requirements. I ultimately went with their house brand AO Stream cargo box and am very happy with the value for money. The prices here are hard to beat and the service Uzzi provided was top notch and that is makes customers return...and also spread the word about their experiences. Just make sure to call ahead to arrange an appointment as it is by appointment and it will also save you a lot of time if Uzzi knows what he can have ready to show you. The busiyis in a large warehouse so signage from the street won't help you. You'll see large loading bays with green numbered signs...just go to the right side of the building and park and sign in on the iPad when you enter.

My experience with Adventure Outdoors has been nothing short of fantastic. Uzzi went above and beyond to make sure I got the proper gear to suit my needs. After going through a few ideas we came up with the roof basket. It fit my car perfectly and I can’t wait to try it out

Had a great experience with Uzzi & getting my ski box. His communication and overall punctuality and follow up with consistent. I came in all the way from North Vancouver was ready and had everything waiting for me, pit the ski box on top of the car for me , made sure everything checked out & very happy with the quality and overall service.

I purchased a Woods AO Small cargo box. So far so good. I have to day, I'm a sucker for clever things, and the connectors for this are seriously clever. Very easy to install. Looks nice and durable, but full disclosure, I haven't used it yet. One quick note to the retailer: it would be helpful to know the range of separation for the roof bars. Mine are adjustable and I had them set a bit too far apart - no big deal, it's an easy change, but with have reduced a little bit of messing about.
