I rented Yakima cargo box which saved the day and a lot of space (camping gear + paddleboard)

I originally went in to rent a roof rack and two bike racks for a trip. Right before getting everything set up, I had a sudden, sinking realization: my Volvo XC90 didn’t actually have a hitch receiver like I thought it did. I figured my plans were completely derailed and I'd be leaving empty-handed.
Instead of sending me packing, the team bent over backwards to figure out a workaround, getting the gear securely mounted so I could still get on the road. Their customer service is next-level, and their dedication to making sure I didn't miss out on my adventure was incredible.
If you need outdoor rental gear and want to support a business that genuinely cares about its customers, this is the place. I will absolutely be back!
Good source for outdoor equipment rental or purchase (both new and used). Great selection and prices. We bought a Thule cargo box, in near new condition and saved several hundred dollars over new. Customer service was excellent, accommodating our short timeline for pickup and installation. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful.

I don't normally leave reviews but these guys are amazing. Yuzi, Jasper and there was one more guy but they worked on Saturday July 4th and helped my partner and I around 4:00pm.
We had a tramatic experience with our roof racks/kayaks which resulted in us needing new roof racks. I had called and they answered right away. I asked if they had roof racks that were compatible with my rails to which they requested pictures and sent me links to racks they had in stock that were compatible.
When we arrived, they had the compatibale roof racks ready to go and placed both of them on my rails to see which ones I liked better and gave their honest opinions on both. They even reccomended the cheaper one for my type of rails after seeing how each one fit.
They had installed the roof racks and even provided us with bolts, nugs, and straight brackets for our already purchased J hooks from Amazon that needed to be replaced free of charge.
They really helped turned our tramatic day around, and offered so much support. The price of the new roof racks and instalation was great and they really made sure they were on secure and correctly.

Great experience at this place. We got matched with the perfect set up for our Jeep. These guys are very knowledgeable in terms of roof racks and tent set ups. It’s pretty clear that they’re “gear heads” and really know the products.
We ended up getting a San Hima tent and are very pleased with its quality. The fabric is quite thick and has a rip stop pattern which extends its longevity. The awning part of the tent is smartly designed and the ladder is much sturdier than I expected. The tent is light enough for two people to lift onto the roof and we still managed to fit into our underground garage (thanks to the expert help of the staff who matched us with a low profile set up).
Read before you pay
I ordered a cap for my truck, 3000$ canadian, I saw after that it would not be available before July, therefore I cancelled like I do with all my online transactions. The surprise with this company is that they still charge you 3% even if you don't get the cap.... therefore a little experience that cost me 90$. SO my advice, make sure you read the small print before you buy from them.
