Roopkund and Ronti Saddle pass trek
We had great experience on this trek. Through forest, meadows boulders to the glacier of Ronti Saddle the nature is absolutely magical! Neil and the team were very professional and attentive They!did their best to make our trek as comfortable as possible and deal with any problem quickly and on the best side. Thank you very much and would repeat it anytime !

Our first trek in Himalayas 🗻 Gaumukh Tapovan. First 2 days are easy but Tapoban was challenging. We had to navigate big boulder but guide was very helpful. View is just amazing. Shivling. Bhagirathi. And we were blessed to visit origin of Ganga, Gaumukh. The guide was telling stories and keeping us entertained. The team is great. Thanks Advenchar

Unforgettable 'The Kashmir Great Lakes Trek'
Writing this with a wide smile ☺. Thank you @Advenchar, Swena Kalra& Neil Bhuta for hosting 🙏🏻. 9 people 7 days 60kms and more than 7+ beautiful lakes 😍. Given importance for health, safety and a hygiene food. Our trek lead Mr. Neil Bhuta, gave us enough time to take us through all the lakes which was accessible and spend time there. To be precise, a humble buddy with lot of experience in diferent mountaineering elements. Well deserved, able person to lead us with all safety measures. There is no single day I came across without thinking of this KGL. Thank you Neil Bhuta for this wonderful event. Looking forward for more treks with Advenchar & Neil 😍.
Hamta Pass 2023
Good experience at Hampta Pass . Management and people are very good. Evryone was helpful to help with our first trek. Tents were very cosy and it rained very much and they were able to hold in so much wind and rain. They taught us tent pitching and so many other things about trekiing in Himalaya. I will suggest to my friends
I didnt go on a trek with them but our Hampta pass trek was canceled because of landslides in Himachal but i want to say that the team is very transparent and they kept us informed and issued full refunds. I have been on many treks but the backend staff is always very shady. It was very nice to get refund on time without following up. Not sure about the on ground logistics of the team but we chose them for small groups and good references.

Amazing Kashmir Trek
Had amazing trekking experience in Kashmir (KGL Trek) with Team Advenchar. This was our first trek. Team was very professional from the start of the booking to the completion of the trek. They have a good backend team organizing the trek along with logistics. Look forward to more treks with them
Would not recommend this group for serious expedition in the the Himalayas for lack of communication / safety and back up plan
We were a group of 11 hikers from the USA . Hiked in the Ladakh region through this company . We were mis informed about the the lowest temperature at night . The company stated that it was - 2 Celsius .. in fact it was -12 degree Celsius without the wind chill . Their communal/ dining tent was a tarp with no heating and wind proofing . As a result we were unable to warm up towards the end of the day and have our evening meals due to extremely cold weather . Few people got sick and needed oxygen . The company had oxygen cylinders which lasted only 3-4 hours for one person ( not enough for a group of 11 hikers at an altitude of 17000 feet)
There was no concrete plan for evacuation either . There was no satellite phones or local digital map / paper maps of the region either . Eventually we had to cancel our hike without finishing the route due to lack of organization and safety back up plan .
I Don’t recommend this group if you plan to do serious high altitude hiking in the Himalayas.

Did KGL with advenchar, trek start date was on 3rd of Aug. We were offered worst possible food, torn sleeping bags, no hot water for drinking, no water dispenser. No camp lights.
Our issues started as soon as we landed in Srinagar with a slight change in itinerary. We were made to stay at sringar instead of sonmarg. Next day morning we got up and travelled for 3 hours and then we were served only bread as breakfast and made to trek.
Next surprise came when we were reaching the army camp. Our trek permission was taken with one of the participants as a trek lead. And the actual trek lead portrayed himself as cook. I strongly feel this is done to wash off responsibility in case of any issues. There was no name of advenchar or any one belonging to advenchar in the permit.
Same bread was repeated the next day. And the pack lunch was half cooked rice. The third day break was cornflakes. And one of the days we had got half cooked rotis that too 2 rotis per person.
In general there was no common tent, no water dispenser. If asked for hot water drinking the reply was "gas katham hojayenga". One out of 6 sleeping bags was torn, one without a zip.
Overall it's one of the worst experience. I would never in my life go with these guys. Moreover, we didn't even get a call from Swena to enquire about the trek.

We were a group of 9 to trek to the Kashmir Great Lakes with Advenchar in the first week of August, 2023. Swena was kind enough to accommodate us at the last minute since our trek to Tarsar Marsar was cancelled at the last minute with another company. Being a small group, we were able to start early in the morning, cover the hard sections before the sun came up & reach the campsite well before the evening rains. We were guided by Neil from Advenchar through the trek who is as well versed with the mountains as one can possibly get. The local Kashmiri team fed us to our hearts content. Bajjis, gulab jamoons, soup, kawa, sooji ka halwa was what I relished the most during the evening snacks. Mountain stories from Neil, crystal clear weather during the trek, the camaraderie among the co-trekkers & the ever helpful team made the pretty pretty KGL trek all the more memorable. Only disappointment was the trash at Vishnusar & Ganagabal campsites. Wished we had camped further away at these 2 sites. But the remaining 4 campsites were clean & beautiful. I would definitely do my next trek with Advenchar! Thank you for such a wonderful & beautiful experience!

It is my first time trekking in India & I chose Advenchar for their positive reviews & small batch sizes. The team also patiently answered the many, many questions I had & were always available.
True enough, I had a great & smooth experience with the KGL trek. The guides & helpers were experienced, knowledgeable & helpful. The trek timings were well planned; we often set off earlier & managed to avoid the rain. The food was delicious, varied & planned according to the trek. The tents were of high quality, withstanding the evening rain.
Overall, I would recommend Advenchar, a huge thanks to them for everything. 🙂
