Chris Bromley, his apprentice Calen (sp) and others started out with a generator hookup. They found the old panel had issues and we ended up replacing that. The electricians were competent, professional and completed the project on time. They even demonstrated how to switch over to generator and back.

Our Carrier heat pump was installed new six months ago by Advance Heating and Air during construction of our new home. We recently thought we may have had a problem with our heat pump cycling on and off too frequently. I called Advance Heating and Air and the phone was answered by a live person who was genuinely attentive and set up a service call within two days. As promised, the service technician, Colby, arrived during the two-hour time frame given to me by the dispatcher. Prior to his arrival, I had received a text message the day before reminding me of the service appointment and shortly before Colby’s arrival I receive a text message indication he was enroute to my home. Colby was very friendly and personable. I could sense that he enjoyed his job and the company he works for with his warm greeting. Colby put on booties over his shoes to protect our floors, even after I told him if his shoes were clean, he did not have to take them off. I had many questions about the operation of our heat pump which Colby patiently answered. I will add that our air filter was not very dirty and probably did not need to be replaced but was pleasantly pleased that he changed it for a new one. Since this is our first HVAC system with a heat pump, I was not sure if we really had a problem or not. It turns out that Colby, after doing many checks and tests, did not find anything wrong with our system. He did make a couple of adjustments with our thermostat, that seems to have worked for the short cycling of our unit. The Carrier heat pump system has worked great since day one of our move in and seems to be of high quality. Overall, I am very pleased with our system and the service and care, along with the excellent communications from Advance Air and Heating.

If I could give Drake and his team 10+++++ I certainly would! Both gentleman were patient, courteous and efficient! They were friendly and attentive to details and helped us work out heating concerns for our 90 year old mother! I wish I could shout from the mountain tops how fabulous this entire company is.
