Pricing seemed manipulative and unfair Their pricing felt misleading and unreliable. I was originally quoted $13,000 to replace the AC unit in my two-bedroom home, while other companies estimated around $8,300. After I didn’t respond, they reduced their offer to $11,000 and then to $8,500, which is close to the other quotes I’d received. This experience has left me questioning their trustworthiness. I strongly recommend shopping around for better quotes before deciding. I won’t be using their services again.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Our A/C was out when we returned from vacation. 8pm at night. They answered the phone. Listened to our concerns. Had a team at our front door the next morning!! Very respectful of our home. Took time to answer our questions and go over anything we needed to hear twice for clarification. Jose and Michael are absolute ROCK STARS. THANK YOU!! Definitely will be our go to team!!

Do not use them ! You will be sorry ! My home did not pass a home inspection after I spent 23 grand know one cares or calls you back . I was quoted for plumbing and electric, they lied about the cost of water heater and the install trying to get people to call back to get them to fix everything they don’t care they ignore it. Do not use Advanced home services for anything will cost you. Than you already spent on these unprofessional people

My experience with Advance Air was unfortunately not good. The technician was friendly but not knowledgeable about the NOVO Water Filtration System that the company he works for installed 2 years prior. The service manager was rude, threatening, and seemed like I should be grateful that he was willing to warranty a new unit due to failure, even though system was only 2 years in to a 5 year warranty. $850 later for install & labor charges that took the tech 2 hours to do seems a little steep to me. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I feel like it would be a disservice not to share my experience. By the way, the only reason why I give two stars is because the tech was pleasant to deal with.

The young man who set installed the infiltration system was -as is your other technicians- very professional. Took his time to explain why he set it up the way he did in the small area it had to be put in. And how now I can stop any kind of leaking in the house. Important. Thank you for sending someone who has great people skills as well as having the skills needed for what he does. Had a young plumber come on a Sunday 2/225/24 with an unusual problem which he listened to politely and explained that it was not a plumbing problem. That was my first concern. There is a plumbing concern to address at another time. Attempting to eliminate possibilities. Glad to have his advice and expertise. For Nate and his assistant - I want to thank them for making July 30th so much easier. Kept me informed as things progressed as to what was happening. They waited for special help to be able to complete their task until dusk. (Nothing of their making.) Keeping me from another very uncomfortable night. Pleasant, positive, and professional. And cleaned up well which is always appreciated. Good ambassadors for Advanced Air and Heat. August 9th Fabian, the electrician worked diligently solving problems from 9 AM to evening. With all that was done by he and his assistant to get my little world back in working order was great. He is a problem solver for sure with this old house that I care for. And all was done in this summer heat and humidity. Someone to feel confident in. 8/12-Was glad to have Stephen and Fabian make their final finishing touches that had to be made for the electrical part of the job. Both were open to last minute queries from me-and give good news for the generator. Encouraged me to contact your company when needed. I have nothing but good for these men who take pride in what they do. Thanks Avanced Air and Heating. . 8/16-I woke this morning thinking about your teams of specialists and how diligent they all were under difficult challenges. Such as this heat. My concern for the generator was taken seriously and thankfully -all is well. I would certainly recommend your company-and your fine women who answer the phones to anyone, 8/21/24-Fabian had only to replace something to do with the surge protection so spoke to him only briefly about that and to replace the materials for code enforcement when they come by. Fabian instills confidence and that all is going to be fine. He had to be creative in order to connect everything in the attic. Which was like magic for me. And the working under the conditions he had to. Always a gentlemen in his demeanor is much appreciated. (8/28) I was soo happy to see the Advanced Air truck pull up in the front of my house this morning. The most pleasant representative was here to show me where and how to administer vinegar and water to the new A/C. He first demonstrated -then guided me in the process. It looked entirely different from my old machine. And the exercise entirely different as well. He then told me several things about this new system and how happy I am going to be with it. When he asked if there was anything else- I asked if he would kindly change one of the vents which he kindly did. So now I won't fuss -to my self -but have confidence and assurance this representative has given me. Was pleased to be able to have help so quickly too. Knowing how busy it is for all of you.9/22/24 I have left my grateful comments in another space. However, it was a good day that started out not so great. So happy Steven was available on a weekend to solve a (for me) scary time. He saw the problem immediately and proceeded to show me some things about the new and not so new electrical additions since the installation of the heat pump. And an adaption that was made to a bathroom switch (done years ago)I wasn't aware of. All done in a kind and helpful manner. Thank you. Made my scary day a good day-and a little wiser.

Jordan Stanley and Abel Ramirez took their time and thoroughly looked into the A/C performance problem, proposing options for fixing. We went with the most effective option. Technicians Nate and Alec did excellent work reworking the ducts in the attic to increase airflow. Abel followed up to insure that the A/C system was functioning properly. We appreciate the time and effort devoted to optimizing our system. Advanced Air did a great job.

During the July heat wave the A/C died. The in-home temp reached 90 and we called that afternoon for help. The earliest availability was between 5pm and 11pm that day. That quick service was greatly appreciated. Edson Benejan, the technician came as promised at 11pm and replaced the dead capacitor, voila - A/C functioning again. Thank you, thank you.

Nick explained vent cleaning procedures. Cameron and Sean did the cleaning. I purchased their best package with all the bells and whistles because of breathing issues. Immediately after installation, breathing dramatically improved. Indoor air smells so fresh! For families with issues of allergies, asthma, and COPD, I would highly recommend.

Advanced Air Home Services did a great job for me. Eliud Montañez was the technician assigned to my work order. He arrived promptly after finishing his previous orders for the day, worked into the evening hours, and within a matter of minutes, assessed the situation, gathered the needed materials, and had my ceiling fan that had fallen and was dangling back up on the ceiling and running. He replaced the junction box that was not rated for fans with the appropriately classified box. Everyone I talked to at Advanced Air Home Services were polite and professional and were able to schedule me in very quickly, which I was very thankful for since other services I had called could not schedule me as soon as I needed. The whole experience I encountered with this company was high quality service. I will definitely be calling them back in the future as the needs arise. And, of course, as we all know, they will.
