We have been trying to schedule a face to face appointment with management or higher up regarding the quality of our new AC unit and no one seems to respond back. We have sent emails, called everything. Despite having repairs done on our units (calling ONLY the companies hotline) there are still issues. Not sure why we cannot have an appointment or a simple phone call with the higher ups? Mind you, brand new units installed March Of THIS YEAR and several issues since.

These folks are really good and know their business. I've had them remind me of service appts and each person that comes out is awesome and has done really good work!. The administrative staff is also very friendly and they work around your schedule.

We're having to replace the water lines, move a shower and toilet drain and switching from gas to electric water heater. FANTASTIC SERVICE! Our technicians, all 5 of them, were extremely courteous and prompt. We will DEFINITELY use AAHS again and recommend to others! : )

Joe and Derek had both been out to help us with our heating/air issue. We have a unique damper system. A lot of the visit was education which was explained extremely well. They’ve been up to the attic. They’ve been on both floors and they’ve been absolutely wonderful. System running great.

My experience with Advanced Air has been nothing short of unacceptable. The company is blatantly refusing to honor a valid manufacturer warranty on an outdoor coil, claiming “corrosion” as a justification to upcharge the repair for more than $5,600. Meanwhile, the system located less than 10 feet away, installed at the exact same time has a “leaking compressor” that is covered under warranty for $4,100. They even stated it would take only half a day of labor. The pricing and justification are inconsistent at best and, at worst, resemble outright price gouging. It’s difficult to interpret this as anything other than a deliberate attempt to avoid responsibility and extract unnecessary money from the customer.
Equally alarming is the total lack of accountability within their management team. Emails go unanswered, calls are not returned, and no one has been willing or able to provide a clear, factual explanation. This pattern of evasiveness speaks volumes about the standards this company chooses to operate under.
I strongly recommend anyone considering Advanced Air to find a local company. If this is how they handle a straightforward manufacturer warranty claim, I can only imagine how they treat customers after collecting payment. This level of dishonesty, inconsistency, and price-gouging behavior is completely unacceptable.
