We started having problems with the HVAC system late Easter Sunday. Our service contract covers home service. A service technician, Sayvon Wilson, arrived within an hour (or less). He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He described our options without pressure. He told us how we could clean the condensation collection pan and pump ourselves or pay over $300 for him to do it. I was always told a monthly cup of vinegar and a gallon of hot water would keep the condensation collection system clear, but now I highly recommend using the tablets that are available from Adv Air or from home improvement stores. Check your condensation collection system people!

The young Andrew was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the entire installation of my new Lennox air/heating system and the installation of the thermostat with the iPhone app. He also volunteered to help my neighbor who was having a medical emergency. Thankfully he was not needed but he was concerned and made the offer to help. All installers were friendly and went about their jobs without a problem and completed jobs effectively. Very nice group of young men. Highly recommend Advanced Air
