Garage repair and installation guys were great and friendly. However, we needed a new garage door and it took About 6 weeks to get it which is fine, but they brought it out and it was the wrong one, not the one we ordered. The installer said they would order the right one which will take more weeks to get. I never received a call from anyone from the inside so I called after 2 days to check and make sure it got ordered and asked them how long it would be and why the wrong one was ordered? She had to go talk to somebody in the warehouse I guess and she never got back to me, So I had to call back the next day and she said that it wasn’t their fault. It was the place that they ordered the garage door from fault. She said they sent the wrong one. It was very poor communication within the company. About four weeks later, they came and installed the garage door, we did not have the correct window in. He had to go get the template to make it correct. I never received a call from any manager, apologizing for the inconvenience. I think that’s poor Customer Service.
