I just don’t understand how they can call this service a deep clean. Ok so no vacuuming of furniture, no walls above the floor boards, no blinds, fine that’s all well and good. The first time they came they did a very poor job obviously going around furniture on the floor for mopping and sweeping, not behind my cat litter box, underneath my garbage cans. They left many surfaces untouched. I reached out to them obviously upset they got back to me promptly and assured they would send the same people the next day. The next day the same couple came and I pointed out areas they had overlooked, like my kitchen counters underneath appliances (deep clean right?). I came back after an hour and they had already left and I found they had gotten most of the surfaces I had pointed out to them but still hadn’t cleaned my kitchen counters underneath easy to move appliances and utensil holders, as well as the tv with easy to move tchotchkes. I just don’t understand how this is a deep clean if they are going around things or missing surfaces entirely. I paid 280 for my tiny SF apartment, it’s a two bedroom but I only had one of the bedrooms included in the cleaning. I included pictures of what I wiped down after their second visit. I really struggled with deciding to leave this review, but this is a lot of money for me and was something I was really looking forward too. I guess for 280 I was really expecting more. I’m so sorry to say, but I really feel taken advantage of.

When you were our customer, we made sure to come back quickly for a second visit free of charge to ensure you were satisfied. That is our goal with every client we have. Additionally, we always note BEFORE we start that we do not move heavy objects or things that are difficult to move for the safety of our staff and customers. The pictures displayed depict the actual cleaning process. You can see our staff actively wiping away dirt and buildup, which demonstrates how we provide you with quality service.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. It’s pretty much appreciated to improve our services.
You were told previously that we don’t move heavy furniture. We clean under those as much as we can. Heavy plant vases it’s also something you have in your place that we don’t move either.
Our staff did their best in your place even by the second visit when you have moved heavy stuff around.

The cleaners did a great job on my apartment yesterday. They were friendly, worked neatly, and made sure everything looked clean and fresh by the time they finished. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

I really appreciate that the cleaners show up on time and that they work hard and do a very good job. I have worked with other cleaning services where the cleaners show up hours late with no explanation, so showing up on time is important. Would definitely recommend Adriana’s Cleaning.
