My husband and I had the hot stone massage. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Heather was amazing. She checked in with me several times to make sure the pressure was good. My husband said Naomi was a wonderful masseuse. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend both of them.
First time going to the Salt Cave. It was off a recommendation from my personal trainer. Jennifer credentials matched with the perfectly with my needs. We discussed the areas of focus. After just work on my left side of my body I could see the tension loose and movement was better. Glad I made the appointment and looking forward to my next session.
Adirondak Salt Cave is off the beaten path luxury. The building is beautiful and the facility inviting. The reception area is cool w many handmade gift items.
The massage was the icing on the cake. Henrik was amazing. Best massage I’ve ever had! Left the facility relaxed but invigorated. Lastly, huge parking area. Win win.
