I honestly cannot recommend Adaptiv Mobility highly enough. From the very beginning, Tom and the team were incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right setup for my needs rather than simply “selling a wheelchair.” I recently purchased a pre-loved TiLite ZRA titanium chair through them, and the level of care, attention and time they gave me was exceptional. Tom went above and beyond accommodating my requests, fitting and adjusting my Jay J3 backrest properly, checking positioning and comfort, and making sure the chair truly worked for me personally. Nothing ever felt rushed. What really stood out to me is that Adaptiv Mobility clearly has a genuine passion for sourcing some of the best mobility and adaptive equipment available on the market. Their knowledge of active wheelchairs, adaptive mobility and custom setups is outstanding, and it was genuinely a pleasure to be able to visit them, see the equipment in person and seek their help and expertise. I also really admire the events and community involvement they do to help give disabled people the opportunity to experience adaptive equipment, improve independence and live life more fully. You can tell this is far more than just a business to them. Even though my chair was pre-loved, it genuinely feels premium, beautifully set up and almost like a custom chair made specifically for me. As someone with complex neurological and mobility conditions, having the correct setup is life-changing, and they completely understood that. The chair itself has honestly exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the time, patience and care they gave throughout the entire process. Thank you again to Tom and everyone at Adaptiv Mobility for all your help and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for honest advice, excellent service and high-quality adaptive mobility equipment.

Fantastic service from this company. Jack was amazing right from the start. Dealt with any queries we had promptly and kept us updated on the progression of our order. My brother's new Tri-ride is fantastic. There are a few steps to setting it up, which Jack and fellow workers kindly sent over a personalised video detailing tips, do's and don'ts on how to set it up. Can't rate them highly enough. Thank you for making my brother's mobility so much easier!!

I purchased the loop band recently, and it is amazing. So helpful for adaptive athletes. You can adjust to your own size depending on your arm. Highly recommend!!! And they have the best customer service.
