Rick and Nathan were above and beyond exceptional. It’s Friday of a long weekend, I called at 5:01pm and it’s now 6:30pm and the spring has been replaced, garage door is fixed! And they aren’t even charging the after hours rates! This type of service is so rare but does exist! Thanks team

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an issue with my garage door becoming inoperable when the torsion shaft came off its support plate, causing the cable to lose tension. Action Door responded promptly, and the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what had happened and how it was repaired. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer service. After reviewing the repair with the technician, Shelley contacted me to advise that Action Door would be covering the repair under warranty and that there would be no charge. This level of honesty and standing behind their work is rare and greatly appreciated. Thank you to Shelley and the technician for the excellent service, professionalism, and integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Action Door to anyone needing garage door service or repairs.

I had to replace or repair my overhead door for my commercial shop. I had a hard time getting a company to come out, over the course of 2 weeks I ended up getting 6 quotes. Everyone said that it could not be repaired, my quotes for a new door ranged from $4k to $9K and the wait time for the new door was 4 to 6 weeks out. Rick came out took a look said he could fix it no problem and the price was well under my lowest quote! Once I requested Action to do the repair, it was two days and I now have basically a brand new door. I was very impressed with Rick and his team at action door. I will definitely use them in the future for my door needs.

I can't really call this a review.. I left a online message on Tuesday evening for a Spring replacement and didn't get a response. I called on Thursday afternoon and spoke with someone who transferred my call to Residential service and I left a voicemail. It's mid-morning on Friday and still no callback. I guess they're busy. I did have them recommended by a friend, so they might be great. But I won't know. I've called another company who called back after a few minutes and booked with them. I had to put in the low ranking since there isn't an option for no ranking.

Our garage door spring(s) broke so it was ADS to the rescue. Nathan came out and replaced the spring setup with a newer unit. He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. He was also very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company any time!

Don't waste your time with Action Door Services. I booked an appointment with them to get my garage fixed. The earliest they could come was 1.5 weeks out. I called back to let them know that it was the springs and to send the parts with the installer. Waited 1.5 weeks and installer showed up with no parts. He measured the springs and said the office would be in touch. 3.5 weeks later after two follow up phone calls, the garage is repaired. I'm presented with a bill that was never quoted to me ahead of time. Last time I use their services.

This is now the third time I have used this company. They understood my urgency when yet again the cable broke leaving my garage open and fit me in as soon as they could with an great technician who was efficient and very capable. The price was very reasonable and special thanks to Shelly who was kind, understanding and funny and kept me informed of when they would have a person to come to house. All the ladies were great and had amazing happy, attitudes as well. It made the stress of the situation easy to deal with and I will use this company again and also tell others to use this company Thanks UPDATE 2025 😀 Well it’s 2025 and I continue to call this company and encourage others to do so.
