I'm very happy and satisfied with the replacement of our roof shingles completed with Acres Roofing. Their price was very comparable to other estimates received for the same job. Prior to making a contractor decision, Acres Roofing had come to our home, climbed on our roof to inspect, take photos and provided us with an estimate. Come roof replacement day, Brayden himself (business owner), was on our roof with his crew completing and supervising the work. In fact, he was involved with the whole job from start to finish. The work was not sub-contracted out. The job was professionally well done. There was no mess or debris left behind. I like when a contractor takes pride in the work he's completed. We received plenty of drone photos to show the professional work completed on our roof. I strongly support and recommend Acres Roofing for your home roofing replacement.

I recently hired Acres Roofing to repair a piece of metal flashing on the side of my roof that had come loose due to strong wind/weather. The area was very high up and difficult to access, but they handled the job professionally and safely. They responded quickly, fixed the issue properly, and made sure everything was secure again. We had an excellent experience with Acres Roofing, especially Brayden and his crew. This was the third time we have used their services for roofing work on my daughter's home, and every experience has been exceptional. The first repair was completed following a home inspection when my daughter purchased the house. The second was in November 2025 when a major thaw caused a leak in the back section of the roof. At that time, Brayden provided a detailed estimate for a complete roof replacement. In May 2026, we contacted Brayden to see if the November 2025 estimate would still be honored. Despite significant increases in material costs since then, he stood by the original quote, which we greatly appreciated and felt demonstrated his integrity and commitment to customer service. Throughout the entire process, Brayden was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He carefully explained the scope of work, reviewed the roofing system and warranty coverage, and ensured we understood every step of the project. We obtained three quotes for the roof replacement, and while Acres Roofing was not the lowest-priced option, their proposal offered outstanding value. The quality of the roofing system and warranty exceeded most industry standards and gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. One feature we particularly appreciated was the detailed documentation. Drone photographs taken before and after the installation clearly showed the condition of the roof and the excellent quality of the completed work. The crew was efficient, professional, and respectful of the property. They completed the work on schedule and left the site clean and tidy when the job was finished. We are extremely satisfied with both the workmanship and customer service provided by Acres Roofing. What we appreciated most was their honesty — they easily could have told us we needed an entirely new roof, but instead identified that the issue was simply a chimney vent that needed to be removed and patched properly. The repair solved the problem without unnecessary work or costs. Brayden and his crew were courteous, efficient, and did a thorough cleanup afterward, which was especially important since we have a dog using the backyard. He originally came out to inspect a leak on my neighbour’s roof, but while he was up there, he took the time to look over mine as well and noticed similar issues starting to develop. What really stood out was how thorough and helpful he was he took clear photos and walked me through exactly what was going on, which made it easy to understand the problem and what needed to be done. He wasn’t pushy at all and provided great honest advice with a couple of options on a fix. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for roof repairs.

Extremely satisfied with this company. We requested an estimate online and shortly after your request was sent, the company reached back immediately and we were able to make an appointment for the same day. What we liked the most is that they were able to provide us with a portfolio of their company and product that they used. We were able to view what type of material were used. The portfolio also included details of their guarantees. It was really professional done and left us with an insurance that this company knew what they were doing. We were able to sign our contract online which saved us some time. Once the work began, we found that their crew were really quiet when working and they kept their work area clean and safe. I also liked that they do accept different methods of payments such as e-transfer. He then gave me an estimate and upon approval started and completed the work right away. Upon completion he sent me pictures of the work done. It was thorough and he explained everything clearly.
