This was our second time working with Arsenije and his team, and once again, we were completely blown away by the level of care, professionalism, and effort they brought to the job.
They demoed our basement, cleaned out our crawl spaces, removed asbestos tile, and performed thorough mold remediation, and then went well beyond what we hired them for. They even checked our attic to make sure everything was safe, and sprayed to ensure our home was protected. To our surprise, they went a step further and treated our main floor for mold as well, without us even asking. It genuinely touched us how deeply they cared about our family’s safety.
What stood out the most was how hard-working, down-to-earth, and easy to work with everyone was. Arsenije is the kind of person who shows up for his clients. He even dropped off some soffit vents from his own garage when he was cleaning it out, just because he thought we could use them. Truly thoughtful and kind!!
Additionally, their pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for the level of work and attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Arsenije and his team to anyone needing demo, mold remediation, or just honest, hard-working professionals you can trust.

We hired them previously for asbestos abatement work, and then we recently re-hired them to enclose an additional room in our home where we found more asbestos. Arsenije was very clear, easy to communicate with, punctual, and gave honest feedback. His team showed up the following week and did an expert job removing all items from the room, cleaning them, sheetrocking, spackling, re-painting, and re-installing the room exactly as it was originally for a very fair price.
