Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate your kind words about the amazing teachers who cared for your son; they truly dedicate themselves to nurturing each child’s development.

We are, however, deeply concerned to hear about your experiences in the Toddler room and the issues you described. While we know that biting is a communication milestone many children work through, we know it can be challenging for families. Our hope and prayers are that our "What Goes in our Mouth" biting curriculum can ease these issues and provide support to all involved.

At A Child’s Touch, we take all feedback seriously, as it helps us improve our services and ensure the well-being of every child in our care. We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment and regret that your experience did not reflect our mission.

Regarding the additonal incidents you mentioned, we have strict protocols in place to manage and communicate about any behavioral issues among children. We continuously work with our staff to ensure that all children feel safe and supported. We also prioritize open communication with parents about health-related matters, and we understand the importance of keeping families informed, especially during the cold and flu season. We're blessed to have a nightly cleaning service come in to work alongside our team to keep the environment clean, comfortable, and welcoming!
