Charge for work that wasn't complete They replaced a garbage disposal which worked fine but weren't able to clear out the drain. I called back and was told that they had to bring special equipment to clean the drain and it would cost $2000. I don't have that type of money and would not do it. A few days later I took a pot of Bolling water and pored it down the drain which cleared out the drain. I am upset that they charged me to clear out the drain the first time and couldn't.

The team entirely replaced our HVAC system including the ducts. They worked nearly 11 hours non stop, inside, outside, and in the hot attic. Hard working. Very professional, polite and helpful. Great quality of work, the entire team went above and beyond to get everything done today. They explained everything, and left the place pristeen. They were fantastic!

My A/C went down and I live in Florida so it was extremely hot in my house. I had a great technician named O’Neil Whyte who helped me out of a horrible situation. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem quickly. It also helped that he was very kind and friendly. Thank you so much O’Neil!!

New Update: 06/2026 - our Lennox AC unit finally gave out after 9 years. We’ve used ACE for years and have always been happy with their service. We got a quote on a new unit and had it installed today (6/16). Luis Rivera and Jonathan Matos were our installers and they did a great job! We had been without AC for 4 days so our house was brutally hot. These two guys worked their tails off in the heat and never slowed down. As always, we are incredibly happy with ACE. We had a leak coming from our AC unit. Water was pouring into our ceiling and walls from the second floor. I called 6 different HVAC companies and Ace is the only one who responded. They had a tech out within the hour! I couldn’t be happier with their quick response time and effort to ensure we got someone to our home asap. And a shout out to Anthony, the tech that they sent. Incredibly professional. Communicated well, walked me through the entire process and took his time to explain everything. Having to go out on a call to a customer’s home at 9:00 PM can’t be easy but Anthony was a total pro.

Offered great pricing, great service, and dedication, honest communication and follow through all the way to the end.
