I had an appointment between 8 and 11. They didn’t show or call. Through out the day I called 3 times and they kept saying the plumber will call. I watched him drive by my house and drove away and then called me at 4 in the afternoon( 1and 1/2 hours after he drove by) by then I already booked another plumber. A Courtesy call would have been nice! I definitely would not recommend this company!!!

We had a fantastic experience with ACE Solves It All. We needed to add power and outlets to our patio extension, and our assigned electrician, Chris, did an outstanding job from start to finish. He explained the full scope of work clearly, made sure we understood every step, and completed the installation with exceptional skill and professionalism. Chris was courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We were impressed with both his work and the overall service from ACE Solves It All that we will gladly recommend them to our friends and family. Highly recommended!

5+++ stars to the technicians Kale and Tony who worked on our house. They were fast, efficient and most importantly, honest. They fixed the problem with ease. I would totally recommend these techs to work on your call! On another hand, Brian who tried to sale a total house re-pipe, was not our favorite. He tried to sale something that was not needed and seemed like we were taken advantage of in a time of emergency. Only giving 5+ stars to the technicians who deserve more than 5 stars. NOT to the Brian who tried to sale something that was not needed.

Years of Trust Vanished When Brian came out I suggested the water was coming from the refrigerator on the other side of the wall and pointed out we could move it. He Immediately jumped to the water coming from under the slab. As I have always trusted ACE I accepted this. He then went on a hard sell to get me to sign a contract for a re-pipe at +$12000.00. He stated that the issue will get worse and will disrupt the foundation causing even more issues. Today I spent the day getting additional quotes. The cheapest was for $5200.00 - This quote was based on the information that ACE provided as the plumber had not come out to the house as yet. Prior to the plumber coming to the house another plumber came out and promptly moved the refrigerator after speaking with me. He determined in less than 15 minutes,. the condensation pan was leaking on the floor.. The water has been on for hours and no sign of any leaks outside of the refrigerator. All that trust is gone. Was it worth it?

Ace solves NOTHING at all... there i fixed it for you. Im a woman that lives alone and doesn't know much about leaks, plumbing, etc. They took full advantage of me for a total of $2900. I think it's disgusting to treat anyone this way and all 3 techs I saw from Ace were all the same. I called in 11/2019 because I had a leak in my bathroom. The problem didn't present itself, nor did they do a full inspection. Instead I was told the water heater was my issue. I was told it was bc my shower curtains didn't come together. I told the gentleman that it was too much water and he stated "I'm not asking you, I'm telling you." Not thinking at the moment I was like maybe he's right, I don't know. Bought a $2000 water heater, 2 months later the bathroom was leaking again. Called them back, one guy states "the house is clogged" with absolutely no research of the problem but we have to jet the house through the roof. Third guy comes the next day, we can't jet through the roof. So I told him what the 2nd guy said....oh yeah we can jet through the roof. An additional $900. Apparently they did the jetting although after Roto Rotter came they said the jetting hadn't been done. Called back in February, leaking again, came out to the house finally looked around more and stated part of the sewer line needed to be replaced for $5000-$8000. I said you can go now. Not to mention my floors were not damaged in November but they are now. Called the service manager John a couple times with no return phone call but when my cousin called, a man, he called him back. Called Roto Rooter the same day they came with a camera, snaked the toilet and replaced the pipe for a total of $3,100. Ace would have in total charged me $8,000 - $11,000 total. Save yourself time and frustration they were useless.

Cable company put fiber optic thru the sewage pipe of my Fathe-in-law , Renato Carrasco . He had used Ace for a new electrical panel 10 years ago, so he had no problem calling for a plumbing issue that Robert the plumber, and especially Kevin the plumber, who went above and beyond to ensure that the company responsible for the incident was notified, all this a day before Thanksgiving !

Ameer and Matt performed the seasonal service on my 2 air conditioner systems from soup to nuts. They were very professional in their preventive maintenance and tune-up service. They were friendly. They well-represented Ace Solves It All. Such employees are hard to find these days. They honored my coupons so the price was perfect for me. In addition, with a very positive attitude and showing genuine concern for my needs over short term and long term, they outlined their recommendations to get longer life and greater efficiency out of my 2 a/c systems (upstairs and downstairs). Several alternatives were presented, including a modification for better drainage of the upstairs a/c to prevent the possibility of overflow and damage to the unit's plywood flooring and the ceiling of the first floor. I will more than likely use Ace in the relatively near future to best safeguard against damage and mildew of my a/c systems. Lastly, Ace has a membership which includes periodic troubleshooting not only for a/c, but all plumbing and electrical systems. The adage, "An ounce of prevention prevents a pound of cure" when considering long term, problem-free maintenance of most peoples' most expensive asset. I'm certain I'll be calling them again. Kudos to Ameer and Matt.

ACE sent Tony Riggio out to 1. re-pipe our home. An excellent job was done. Tony even had a trick to run a line eliminating drilling up our floors. They came in a very timely fashion. There was a pressure issue only in the bathrooms which although took awhile, persistence prevailed, and although more monetary outlay was necessary, the issue was resolved. Tony called others to help resolve the issue when needed - he has a good network of contacts to ensure a job in appropriately resolved.

Hi,  I wanted to provide some feedback about the service I received. I had a plumbing checkup conducted at my home as part of my maintenance protection plan. Daniel Waid came to my home on Friday Nov 14, 2025. He did a good job overall on checking the pipes, sink, shower, etc. However, he stated that he was in a "loaner" truck and didn't have the proper equipment to conduct the hot water heater flush and that someone from Ace would be calling me to reschedule that. That is NOT good service.   I already asked my supervisor for a 1/2 day off Friday to conduct the checkup. Since Daniel did not prepare properly to conduct all the services required, now I have to wait for a call from ACE to reschedule my hot water heater flush and will need to ask my supervisor again for an additional day off when it should have been done correctly in the first place. Before Daniel or anyone goes on a job site, they need to ensure that they have all the proper equipment needed and not blame the fact that it wasn't done on "I'm in a loaner truck."   That is unacceptable. I also sent an email with these exact words. Crickets. Guess what? Today is Nov 24th and nobody called, emailed, texted or showed up to flush my water heater. 10 days, Thanks ACE!

I contacted Ace Solves It All for help diagnosing a water heater issue at my short-term rental after a guest who just checked in reported it to me. Before even arriving on-site, the technician tried to upsell me on a full repipe over the phone, without seeing or testing the system. That alone was a red flag. But what happened next was completely unacceptable. Once he arrived at the property and discussed the situation over the phone with me, he told my guests that there had been an issue with the water heater before their reservation. This was not only inaccurate, but it caused my guests to reach out to me in confusion, making it appear as though I knowingly hid a problem from them. A technician discussing internal property issues with paying guests is beyond unprofessional. It created unnecessary stress, damaged trust with my guests, and showed a complete lack of judgment and expertise. I will not be using this company again.

Luis, Jonathan, and Richy installed my new AC unit today, and from start to finish, everything was done amazingly by them! I received excellent communication throughout the whole installation from Luis and his crew, and that gave me peace of mind. They were quick but tremendously efficient with the install. Also, they were extremely organized and cleaned up all of the mess at the end of the job. I highly recommend Luis Rivera and his crew for your next install!

This company is a rip off stay away from them. They charged us $600 dollars to change a light fixture that was already down. My 6 month car insurance policy is cheaper. I know part was my fault because I didn’t ask how much after the technician looked at it. I didn’t think it was going to be more than $250 boy was I wrong. He didn’t give us a price until the end. Stick to local ma & pa companies. I still feel sick to my stomach when I think of how much I paid. This place will suck you dry.
