As always, Ace comes to the rescue! We had an issue with our heat overnight. Called Ace at 8:30 and by 11:30 the unit had been repaired. Our tech, Willie Arguello, was very professional, explained everything, step by step, and fixed our unit quickly. Ace is the very best HVAC company in the Flathead Valley!

Willie did the annual maintenance check on our geothermal unit. He gave me a description of what all he checked and that everything was fine. Also got an estimate on replacing a contact that was starting to show signs of wear. Great service!

Anthony is an excellent technician and is very good at explaining the detail and what is happening with our units. He spends the time to be sure everything is done according to the schedule and we are satisfied with the visit. He makes sure we don't have any questions or worries about our units. He does a great job taking care of our new humidifier as well. We are happy with our maintenance contract with Ace Heating and Air and we are glad we signed up for that program. The Ace Heating and Air office is very efficient and we feel secure with having Ace Heating and Air as our HVAC maintenance specialists.

These guys are honest. When our furnace did not work, we would have believed and paid for whatever the technician told us the problem was. Instead, he said he may have bumped and disconnected a hose when he did the maintenance a month before. He connected the hose, apologized profusely, and no charge. He easily could have ripped us off but didn't.

I recently had a semi annual maintenance check up for my gas furnace. The repair man called me ahead with his eta. Once he completed the inspection he called me and explained what he needed to do for the furnace. I highly recommend Ace Heating and Air for your HVAC service and repair.
