Generally i never write any reviews but this time i feel obliged that i have to do it because the service and guidance i received from my Accotax agent IMRAN the whole past year and a half was exceptional.I had a tricky case with HMRC and what made it more challenging was that i live abroad in Greece permanently so IMRAN managed my case directly with them very efficiently he was updating me any time we had news and he was even calling me to discuss our next steps something that i really appreciate and at the end he helped me a lot to win my case.Most importantly he was always there whenever i needed him to reply to my emails or texts.I have to give him an honest 5star rating service he really deserves it because at the end of the day what counted for me is that he did not treated me just like a client but also like a friend and that is what made the difference to me.Thank you Imran i wait for you in Greece if you ever happen to come so i can hug you!

I've used Accotax for a number of years now to complete my annual tax returns which I always find extremely stressful as I'm so disorganised and can never find important stuff. I'm consequently always last minute.
This year I was worse than ever but Saad was extremely patient. He sent constant reminders to encourage me. Eventually I got the information together in my very haphazard fashion and Saad pieced it together very quickly and efficiently.
I've even considered getting started on next year's figures!

I called them to ask if they could help me with submitting something for me to HMRC. The person on the phone was super RUDE and DISMISSIVE for no reason at all and then just put the phone down although I had just asked in a friendly manor. I was shocked about this treatment. Never experienced such a terrible treatment as a response to a simple question.

I honestly regret using this accounting service. What I got was a mix of incompetence, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. Basic accounting tasks were mishandled, deadlines were missed, and I constantly had to follow up just to get simple answers.
It felt like I knew more about my own books than the people I was paying to manage them. Mistakes were brushed off instead of corrected, and accountability was nonexistent. If you value accuracy, reliability, or peace of mind, this is not the service for you.
There are far better options out there. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before wasting your time and money.
