Our company has been with Accotax for almost 5 years now. Their system of monthly payments works well, as I am supported in our accounting for the business throughout the year by our dedicated accountant - Kalpesh. In the past we have been with accountants who charge only when the returns work is to be done. Although the total annual amount billed works out approx the same, previous accountants have never had much time or interest to answer questions to support our business through the year, which has led to mistakes, miscommunications and oversights. The Accotax model means that we have built a good, reliable relationship with our accountant. And I am very grateful to Kalpesh for his knowledge and support.

When I first started my business, I was doing everything myself and working with a much smaller accountant. As the business grew, our needs became more complex, and it was clear we needed a firm that could grow with us. Accotax came recommended to us by another large property manager, and the experience has been excellent from the start.
We first spoke with Abdul, one of the directors, and he was fantastic. He really took the time to understand our business model, asked the right questions, and explained complex concepts clearly and patiently. That level of care has carried through the wider team as well.
We have now worked with two main account managers at Accotax, and overall it has been a very positive experience.Our business has a high volume of transactions and has become more complex over time, so thoroughness matters a lot to us. What I appreciate is that they have been willing to adapt their processes and find a sensible middle ground that works for both sides.
They have also saved us once or twice on significant VAT bills through their prudence and attention to detail, which has been hugely valuable. That alone shows the benefit of having accountants who really understand the numbers and are thinking ahead.
Like any business relationship, there have been the odd hiccups, but that is part of business. What matters is how those moments are handled, and the team have always been responsive, understanding, and solution-focused. I also think it is only fair to say that not every delay is down to the accountant. There have been times where I have been late in providing information, and that naturally affects timelines. Accotax have been very patient throughout.
Communication has been another real strength. We speak on WhatsApp for urgent matters, which makes things much quicker and easier, and I appreciate that they are open to practical ways of working rather than forcing everything through long email chains.
Overall, I only have good things to say. They are knowledgeable, flexible, and genuinely good to work with. We will be continuing to work with them for the foreseeable future, and I would happily recommend them to anyone who feels their current accountant is no longer the right fit, or whose business has outgrown their current firm.

Generally i never write any reviews but this time i feel obliged that i have to do it because the service and guidance i received from my Accotax agent IMRAN the whole past year and a half was exceptional.I had a tricky case with HMRC and what made it more challenging was that i live abroad in Greece permanently so IMRAN managed my case directly with them very efficiently he was updating me any time we had news and he was even calling me to discuss our next steps something that i really appreciate and at the end he helped me a lot to win my case.Most importantly he was always there whenever i needed him to reply to my emails or texts.I have to give him an honest 5star rating service he really deserves it because at the end of the day what counted for me is that he did not treated me just like a client but also like a friend and that is what made the difference to me.Thank you Imran i wait for you in Greece if you ever happen to come so i can hug you!
