Top-notch customer service. I called Angie to look up an order from 2017 to get some information needed to place an order for my mom. She made the ordering process seamless and I was able to come in town to pick up the new chair. The pick-up process was also super-easy. Fantastic customer service.

I have been using this company for about the last year. They have always been very nice and courteous to me. Then I spent $1,400 to have a new computer put into my power chair and since that time it has not worked correctly. They have came out and looked at it several times and several things have been wrong with it because they forgot to do something or connect something during those visits. No one else has taken any covers off or touched any part of that chair during that time. Now they are refusing service to get my chair repaired. This is a very dishonest company that cannot seem to follow through with their repairs that they have made and done wrong. Due to this I would not suggest anyone using this company and if anyone has any problems I suggest taking your business elsewhere. Like I said, very nice people but a very dishonest company.

The initial repair of your controller/joystick was done at our Indianapolis shop back in October. In December, the new controller failed and was replaced under warranty. That repair should have also been done at our shop, however we made two courtesy 90min trips out to you (eval and repair) - for free.
In January, you called in because a screw was loose. We advised that you could come to us - or we could come out to you, but there would be a charge for our visit. You agreed and scheduled to have us come out. We came out and made the repair, but the you declined to pay. That balance remains outstanding. You called in yesterday for service. We advised you of the unpaid balance, which prevents us from conducting any more work.
We would have loved to continue servicing your chair. However, your outstanding balance prevents that from happening.

I needed a lift recliner that went straight up rather than the dump forward feature. Everyone there is so kind but Angie went out of her way after seeing my needs to find other products that would help me that aren’t even sold in their store but she was willing to figure it out or just be sure I knew they existed. Above and beyond. Quick and kind delivery people! Truly feel seen and cared about.

We had an urgent need for a lift chair for elderly mother. Most medical equipment stores do not carry lift chairs, and if they do, the prices are outrageous. My husband found Access Mobility online. I called and spoke with Tony and he was extremely helpful and patient. He looked up different models in several price ranges until we found one that would work for mom. I highly recommend Access Mobility for the best price ranges, and superb customer service. I will definitely return!

I recently received my special order Jazzy EVO 614HD power wheelchair and could not be more pleased. I almost committed to a different brand and company at almost twice the cost but because they kept missing phone calls and moving dates around, I decided to call ACCESS MOBILITY where I was answered by a very special lady, Angie Wright. From the beginning Angie was kind, patient, knowledgeable & if she didn’t know an answer, she would find it out. Over a period of several weeks while I anguished over making this big decision, sight unseen, Angie was never pushy but made herself available when I called. After finally making the decision to purchase this wheelchair, Angie walked me through the order process. The chair arrived much quicker than expected and was delivered by an Access Mobility employee who was so friendly and helpful and showed me how to use the chair and its bells and whistles. I can’t say enough about Access Mobility and would highly recommend them and I would definitely recommend the Jazzy line of wheelchairs and scooters.
