Excellent experience with Access GP!

Listened to my concerns and discussed options . When you are feeling unwell you need someone to be there to assess and advise which is what Dr Hussain did. No waiting for 5 hours in a cold walk in area. Reassuring and solution focused. I would recommend and will certainly use AcessGP again.

Dr Hussain was so caring and knowledgeable, he everything one would hope for in a doctor. I wish I had booked an appointment with him sooner. A series of experiences I had over a number of years had given me a lot of fear around assessing medial care but Dr Hussain listened to me and advised me in a way I haven't experienced before with other practitioners as a woman patient. I also got an appointment within an hour! I would recommend this service to my friends.

Access GP was a positive experience. The whole process went very prompt and efficient.
Dr Hussain was fantastic! He listened to my mother's issues and queries and was kind and considerate with his responses. He was also reassuring and made sure that we understood everything that was said. My mother felt listened too, and that is already a great start when visiting a doctor. After collecting the prescription we were contacted to make sure all went smoothly.
I would highly recommend Access GP and Dr Hussain.

The whole experience from the start was so quick and easy. Dr Hussain is an excellent doctor who really listens and worked with me to help with an ongoing health issue.
Even after the consultation, I had an admin issue (no fault of AccessGP) and the team were incredibly quick and kind in resolving this for me. Thank you!

After a lengthy process with my community GP, I decided to take steps ensuring I wasn't waiting or battling for appointments and went online in search of a virtual GP. The access GP website is really user friendly and I was in touch with an online GP in no time. They really took the time to listen to my issue and were really thorough in making sure that the tests needed were organised and followed up really quickly to fit around my busy schedule. Really felt like a tradional family GP but with all the benefits of modern day tools. I cant thank the GP and his team enough. I even got physiotherapy exercises to do at home to help with my condition. Im so glad I finally have both the answers and tools to manage my condition and cant believe how cost effective the service is as I always thought I probably couldn't afford private care. Will be recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you so much. 5 star service and a care provider I can trust.
