Terrible from beginning to end, except for Jonah the technician who was excellent. The heater needed a new board which I was told was easily available and that it could be fixed in a few days. Important because my wife is recovering from cancer and feels the cold, which I told them.
Nothing happened. I called almost every day for the following two weeks; Cheryl was charming but nothing happened and no information about getting the part. Finally it is found and I’m told it would be installed 6 days later. 6 days! I simply don’t believe they could not have got Jonah back quicker.
So today Jonah comes- and discovers the part he was given was a faulty part that some idiot had put back into a new box. Utter incompetence.
But Jonah, God bless him, managed to get a new part within one hour. One hour! And I’d been told over and over again that they were waiting to get the part - for about 10 days.
Incompetence, half truths, and a complete lack of action in response to a customers concerns.
God knows who to contact next time the Brivis heater goes bung.
Any ideas?
