An outstanding experience!
From start to finish, an outstanding experience! The complimentary breakfast had some great healthy options and the staff did a great job of keeping everything well-stocked and clean. Maureen did a fabulous job of cleaning our room each day and was very pleasant and friendly! We’ve been coming here for years and will be back again!
Best place we stayed our whole trip from Boston to Acadia! - We loved it.
Best hotel and staff we stayed at our whole trip. The breakfast had gluten free and a whole coffee bar full of options and they had ice and a coffee and snack station on each floor. A place to refill water bottles , daily extra activites and nice grassy backyard for pups or kids to play and a helpful staff that would give suggestions and weather recommendations. It was super clean and amazing hotel . We loved it.
A great place to stay when visiting Acadia National Park.
A great place to stay when visiting Acadia National Park. The entrances are only a few minutes from the hotel. They serve breakfast, and have coffee, hot apple cider, fruit, and snacks available all day long. The wifi is fast and reliable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, with comfortable beds. They could have had more convenient places to plug in our devices.
Wonderful stay
Really enjoyed our stay at Acadia Inn. Our room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was bright and modern. The hotel location is perfect -- close to Acadia and close to downtown but also at the edge where it is quieter. Staff were very friendly. Hotel breakfast was wonderful and there was plenty of seating for all the guests. The bonus trail mix was a great surprise!
Summer vacation
Loved the Acadia Inn. We stayed for 2 nights, and our family had 2 rooms. It is a great location, had a nice breakfast ( and much better than most), and they went out of their way to do fun extra things for families, like s'mores and movies at night, and making your own trail mix. It was also appreciated that they are eco-friendly, and used paper and biodegradable utensils. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. thank you!
From check in to check out our stay was great.
Perfect stay. The front desk, and everyone we met were so nice. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and a big bathroom. The included breakfast was good. I was impressed with the small touches such as afternoon cookies, chest and crackers and make your own trail mix. The hotel about 1 mile from downtown. But there is a free shuttle which we used as parking was a nightmare in town.
Great inn, in a great location, with great food.
A lovely Inn in a great location. On Site parking and only a few minutes stroll to lots of bars and restaurant and the beautiful Bar Harbor coast. We had a lovely room (only complaint was bed was a little uncomfortable and creaky). Fabulous breakfast with great hosting and home made treats and lemonade available in the afternoon. We would not hesitate to come back
Acadia trip with family
Location was wonderful, close to the Main Street and Acadia. The atmosphere was charming and the hotel was clean. Lots of activities for children, which our 5 year old girl appreciated. Great service during our entire stay. The hotel even sent out an email stating what was open and closed, as the government shut down hit just as we arrived. Would highly recommend this hotel!
Perfekt.
Great place to stay
The Arcadia Inn is in great location to the Arcadia National Park and Bar Harbor. The continental breakfast was very good. Everyday the Inn offered an activity, such as movie night or bingo. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bus service into Bar Harbor was a great convenience. Parking in Bar Harbor is very expensive and difficult to find parking.
