Nick L. was amazing and did a great job explaining all the steps as he went through everything. He installed the Ecobee smart thermostat for me on an older house!
Updating review! Still 5 stars. My furnace broke down during this winter storm and they got here in less than 24hrs and are replacing the furnace within another 24hrs. Nick was again extremely thorough and walked me through countless options, explaining everything in great detail. Really appreciate the level of service.

My kitchen sink is draining again and my shower also works, couldn’t have asked for more. They were on time, professional, and helped me get back to normal. also an update they were able to help me same day for a blocked basement floor drain during very bad weather on January 24th. It was expensive but then again it seems everything connected with home ownership is expensive.

Zack Russell efficiently installed a replacement lamp for an air purifier. He came prepared with all the tools he needed, he wore shoe protectors to keep our floors clean, and was professional in his conduct. We appreciate Zack with his knowledge and abilities. We rely on Academy Air to keep our furnace and air conditioning maintained and running. The service is great, but the cost for parts is very expensive.

I have used Academy Air a few times and the Service Professionals Jimmy Cunningham and Johnathan White were very nice and explained every detail about what’s going on with the furnace and thermostat. We took them up on some of the recommendations that he presented to us and they went to work and got it done in a timely manner, I will recommend them both in the future. Thanks guys for getting us together 👍🏾! I would also like to brag about an additional Technician Carl Eckert whom Jimmy recommended to install the media cabinet, he arrived very early to get the job done and he did an excellent job with it and explained the details of how to remove and replace the filter which I appreciated so I would like to say thank you Carl for the speedy service you are definitely recommendable 👍🏾
