30 THOSAND DOLLARS IN 5 MONTHS NOT A SINGLE NEW CUSTOMER IN THE PRIVATE SECURITY SECTOR. WASTE OF MONEY. WASTE OF TIME. IN FACT THE REPS OR MANAGERS ARE JUST AS BAD AS THE SALES PEOPLE. I HAD TO FIRE MULTIPLE PEOPLE THEY PROVIDED FOR LIEING TO PEOPLE OF SERVICE AND JUST SALES PRESSURING THEM AFTER THEY SAID NO 5 TIMES.

Thank you for sharing this. Our appointment guarantee is based on a full 12-month partnership because prospects in every industry rarely commit on the first phone call. Effective pipeline management requires nurturing prospects until they’re actually ready to evaluate solutions, which is why we continue outreach and relationship-building beyond the initial “no.” Ending the program a few months in unfortunately prevents the process from delivering the guaranteed results we stand behind.

Regarding the concern about pressure on prospects, pushing people into meetings before they’re genuinely ready is not how we operate. We focus on education and timing, not forcing appointments. We also accommodated multiple requests for representative changes and consistently reviewed calls internally, provided opportunities to evaluate each appointment call, and held monthly check-ins to make sure we were aligned. We believe we were more than fair throughout the engagement and were prepared to fulfill the annual guarantee, including working at no additional cost if needed. We appreciate the chance to have worked together and wish you the best of luck in your future lead generation efforts.

Working with Abstrakt Marketing has been one of the most frustrating and unproductive experiences we’ve ever had with a service provider. They overpromise and completely underdeliver. The quality of leads is abysmal—unqualified, uninterested, and often completely irrelevant to our business. We set clear expectations from the start, but they either ignored them or simply didn’t care. Communication is just as bad as their results. They are unresponsive, slow to address concerns, and provide little to no transparency about their process. Requests for data and updates are met with silence or vague excuses, making it impossible to track any real progress—because there isn’t any. When we ask why unqualified appointments keep getting scheduled, we’re given nothing but empty justifications. This company is more concerned with meeting their own call quotas than actually providing value to their clients. They don’t listen, they don’t adjust, and they certainly don’t deliver on their promises, which is evident not only in our experience with them, but also based on responses to similar reviews. If you’re looking for a lead generation service that actually works, look elsewhere. Abstrakt is nothing but a waste of money.

They also follow up every month on how things are going, and ask what they can possibly do better on. That means a lot. I can't say that they have never made a mistake, but we all know that is not possible. They always come through , and make it right.
