If you're looking for a highly professional, results-driven sales environment, this may not be the place for you.
The culture felt more like an adult daycare than a professional office. Between the constant celebrations, desk pounding, pom-poms, snacks, and weekly alcohol-focused events, there was often more emphasis on morale activities than professional development or meaningful sales training.
The role itself consisted primarily of making 150–170+ cold calls per day and scheduling appointments for clients. While management heavily promotes the company culture, I found the environment immature, overly theatrical, and lacking the professionalism expected from a serious sales organization.
In my experience, the company is poorly managed, places style over substance, and fails to provide the support needed for long-term employee success.
