What an unpleasant experience the second time I used them.
Violated my POPI rights and gave my number out to some guy that didn't suck my number, absolute plumbing name, property unit number and what was being done out of thin air - Absolute plumbing say they didn't but I have two contact names that provided this information.
Got them out to sort out a burst geyser.
Got the quote and was hounded by Charmain and Roxann to make 75% payment even though I replied the message to Charmaine it's not my property and it's in investment property for a client. Charmaine still continued to waste about 45mins of my time going back and forth about how this 75% payment must happen before they can fix the geyser, I had to say I don't have an invoice so how can I ask the owners to pay, can you stop wasting time with back and forth and send the invoice.
Roxann message me before 8am next morning with we need payment.
Team was suppose to be on site at a certain time and they were late. They had to come back again to fix something else.
I had to constantly call/text Charmaine and Roxann to find out what is going on and where the guys were.
Then I get another bill to pay and it's their first call out fee and work done - I get told of this hours later on the first day. Plumbers had my number.
On top of that client was charged a further R3900
I've requested to speak to someone a few times and Charmaine is ignoring my request.
