Superior service! Our heater needed to be replaced promptly and Able Air sent a salesmen (Mike, I think) that afternoon who was friendly, clear, very knowledgable, no-pressure attitude, and gave us an incredible deal. The next morning Ehsan and Sam arrived (even five minutes early!) and installed our new heater with ease and professionalism. They left everything clean, and were superb tradesmen taking pride in their work. Highly recommend this business!

Had a furnace code 31, very common problem. This was Oct 27, 2025. The technician came and did a bunch of testing, including exhaust gas testing which I appreciate for safety. Charged $100 for the diagnostic and quoted $1000 in repairs. Repairs were replacing a pressure switch and adding an external condensate collector.
I happened to have a manometer so I decided to verify the problem myself and realized there was nothing wrong with the pressure switch. It worked when the right suction was applied. I spent a few more hours tinkering fixed it myself for free, with no more problems all winter. Their tech would have wasted a lot of money and scrapped perfectly working parts for no reason.
HVAC techs should know better than to be replacing working pressure switches when there is a venting issue. They also quoted $425 to replace a $100 pressure switch (Amazon). Tech also said he wasn't sure if this would work and he'd likely have to replace the inducer motor next, easily $2k more.
I recently had a new furnace installed by Shawn and Jamie from Able Air Conditioning & Heating. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient throughout the entire process. The installation went smoothly, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality service.

Our furnace went and within hours of reaching out we had a tech, Phil, and sales team member, Juan, at our house for an inspection and presentation of what our options were. They made sure we understood all our options and were extra kind to our little ones hanging around.
Less than 24 hours later Shaun and Jaimie were in to install the furnace itself and were quick, efficient, and made sure we understood everything. Top to bottom Able Air took such great care us!

Would strongly recommend ABLE for furnace repair. We had a gas control valve fail, and they quickly put together a quote and were able to fit us in the very next day. Unlike other larger companies, they weren’t pushy at all. Andre was extremely professional and polite, and he took the time to explain the repair clearly. He also mentioned their maintenance plan without any pressure, which I really appreciated.

Ehsan & Sam installed our Amana heat pump today. They were really fantastic — friendly, professional, and efficient — if you can imagine installing a furnace as an art, they were exceptional artists today — highly recommended.

Administration call awesome, set up sales with Mike same night can't say enough about Mike 110 % professional answers all questions provided what I needed not what I wanted, which was cheaper and a better unit after I completed my research, the technicians Top Notch again 110% professional clean, fast and walked me through the process. I have to say I didn't want to go through this process, but Happy I did so with Able. Based on my experience I would highly recommend the Able Team. Thank you all.

I would not hesitate to recommend Able Air. I had a new furnace a/c and Ecobee thermostat installed. The salesman Mike listened to my needs and came up with the perfect system and was very knowledgeable in comparison to others that had quoted . The installers Shahin and Jamie were amazing very professional explained equipment and got down to business. The office staff Nadine and Nicole had warranties, invoice and info sent to me in record speed. I can see why they have so many FIVE STAR REVIEWS. Pleasure dealing with such a amazing team!

We had an emergency call out on a Sunday for our furnace. Josh was our technician. We were kept appraised of his arrival time. He was able to get the furnace working so we could get some heat, but it did need further repairs that were not possible on that day. Service was quick & efficient, with no sales pressure for further repairs/sales etc. I would definitely use Able again if needed.
