Tried calling another company - waiting on hold for them to answer for over 10 mins. Hung up and called Able Air who answered right away! Furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. Andre was at our place within the hour and got us up and running quickly. He was able to quickly determine what the issue was and put the fix in place in no time. Highly recommended!

I had an emergency situation when my furnace died during freezing weather. Martin and Phil, technicians from Able came out and did an amazing job installing both a new furnace and AC unit. When they finished, the work area was spotless. They changed the old piping and made the furnace area much neater. I would highly recommend them.

For the install of a new heat pump where the basement ceiling was finished and the access and route weren't straight-forward, he was the only one of 3 that took their time and thought things through. The end price was very fair, and Able readily sent techs to fine tune the system after install. No hesitation in recommending Able.

Originally, I had a booking, but no one showed up. When I called, they were extremely apologetic, booking me in the next day and they did make it right. The technician was incredible. Very easy to talk to. Not pushy in any way. I will be using Able whenever I can in the future.

Got a heat pump installed by them. They did a great job, would recommend! Update: Had one of the technicians (Andre) come over to fix an issue with the furnace. He showed up right away, on time, was super helpful and took his time diagnosing and making sure everything worked properly.

Fantastic service. My furnace stopped working overnight and Able AC & Heating sent out Josh to repair. I even had to reschedule the time of the appointment and it was no problem for them. Josh was friendly, efficient and fixed the problem. A new igniter was needed for my old furnace and the office staff located the part! In combo with Josh then picking up the part and replacing it in record time. By 2 ish in the afternoon my old furnace is functional again. I recommend Able AC & Heating. Be sure to check out their current promotions on their website and tell your repair person which ones work for you.
