Tonight was an extremely stressful and emotionally overwhelming situation for all of us, and Jordan was one of the few people who brought calm, professionalism, and clear communication into the middle of it.
From the very beginning, he was respectful, transparent, responsive, and patient while helping us navigate the bail process. He explained everything clearly, answered questions without judgment, and helped make a confusing situation feel manageable.
