Saw Ken’s truck working in a local town shopping area. I figured if these stores used him he must be good. Just had waste backing up into my basement bathroom the night before. I honestly didn’t compare his prices -I saw him on the street finishing up the job he was on -talked to him and I liked him. He came to my house shortly after our meeting that day and got to work. We have not had anything done with our septic/cesspool system in decades so there was a fair amount of work. He described everything he was going to do and his work was neat and very considerate to our home/property. And the price seemed quite reasonable. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone!
Ken and his team dug up and replaced my sewer line running to my cesspool. Ken did a great job of informing me of the options, potential costs, and implications for the many steps leading up to and including that job. He was extremely professional, considerate of my circumstance, and stayed late getting everything up and running during a very cold February.
Thanks Ken and Team for all that you do and being a stand-up professional with fair prices and involving me in the process.

My husband and I just bought our first home Sept 2024. Being completely new to this all, we didn’t ask the very important question to the sellers ‘where’s your cesspool’ BIG mistake, so I thought. We ended up getting a leak in our basement. Sink, toilet, shower was bubbling. We obviously just put all of our savings into the house, we had to also buy a few things. New to all the bills. This scared me, I was literally in tears with the first estimate we got while at work. My husband asked for a second opinion, Kenny. Guys…this man showed up in the dark so determined to find this lid. I have half an acre so the thought of the potential process made me a nervous wreck. Kenny found it, it was under a brick patio the 2nd to last home owners built. As heart breaking as it was to see a part of it come up, the stress of finding it in little time, no longer fearing flushing the toilet and such. Was so worth it, I believe it was worth it though because we found Kenny. He didn’t break our bank, was willing to come in the cold during dark. Will 100% use him again in the future. Thank you again for allowing me to feel sane in my new home where my sanity was questioning if we messed up big time buying this home. 💜

Ken is the best! I hired him based off of other reviews and I am glad I did. He really took the time to fix my clogged sink and do it the right way. He was kind, professional and reasonably priced. My sink finally works now!!! I would highly recommend and I myself will definitely be using him for all my future plumbing and septic needs! :)

A few weeks ago I had standing water in my shower that took hours to drain and I suspected it was a problem with the septic. I remembered that years earlier my plumber had told me to always use Lange, never anyone else.
Recalling that advise I called Ken. I was prepared for the inevitable answering machine to come on. Instead Ken himself answered the phone. He was at my house the next morning.
Ken and his helper Eric found and cleared three blockages in my system: From the shower drain to the main, between the house and the septic tank and from the septic to the overflow tank.
Since that day Ken has texted me twice to make sure everything is working correctly.
I recommend ABC Sewer Service. Ken is professional, reliable and easy to work with. He is also a nice guy.

Great experience. Was recommended by a local plumber who said they can fix any problem, and after having three other companies charge a lot to NOT fix the problem, these guys arrived promptly, stayed until they FOUND what was causing the backup, and had the equipment to clear it out. They will also excavate a part of the line where there is a separation and repair that so we will no longer have this chronic issue. YAY!

ABC SEWER SERVICE Ken Lange came to service my cesspool and septic tanks he was very through, he explained everything he was doing as he done his work, he actually made the job look quick and easy which it wasn't. I will definitely call ABC whenever I need service, and I do recommend their service. Very friendly service.

If you have a sewage problem, you need to call ABC Sewer Service. We have tried to use other so-called reputable companies in the past, but ABC was the only one that was both responsive and knew exactly what they were doing. We had an emergency situation, and Ken from ABC immediately answered our call and then was out at our house right away. Prior to this, we did not know where our cesspool was located so that we could have it properly maintained, even though we had made many attempts to locate it (which is what led to this emergency in the first place). In prior years two other sewage companies were either unable or unwilling to find the tank and told us instead that we just need a new tank. We even had a specialist come out with ground penetrating radar to help us locate the tank, and it turns out--$600 later—he did not even find the correct location. Only Ken and his team helped us locate the tank and then fix our problem. Ken did this without pressuring us into other more costly options that weren’t necessary. He gave us all our options so that we could make the best decision for fixing the issue. Given the emergency situation and the amount of time and effort needed to locate the tank, we found that Ken’s prices were also reasonable. ABC Sewer is the company we will be using going forward to help us maintain the tank and for any future repairs/updates we need. When you have a sewage problem, you need a company that is responsive and tells it to you straight, and that’s what you will get with ABC Sewer.

This company is the best!! We had an emergency sewer issue during a holiday weekend. The owner got back to us asap and made sure to personally come out with his crew to resolve the issue. He made sure to explain everything clearly and provided instructions to follow thereafter. We received fast and excellent service!! Issue was resolved and it's been a relief ever since.
