Beware of fraudulent cancellation policy BEWARE - I spent 30 minutes trying to get through to someone to cancel my membership. I was told they would keep my account at "no charge". Now I'm being charged. I called to fight it and I was told there are no refunds and unless I have an email from last year they will not refund me. I cancelled again and was told I have to keep the email as proof that I actually cancelled for next year. Seriously, not worth the hassle with all of the other options out there now

Good when it works My daughter really enjoys this app. Unfortunately it keeps freezing on our iPad. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my iPad, done everything, but the app continues to freeze. I won’t be renewing my subscription for ABCmouse until they can fix this glaring issue.

Dont buy this game.. so..my child has these pets, hes at lvl 10 yet he keeps getting the same pet over and over, also a lot of glitches. I HATE THIS GAME! also the fact that my son gets 5 tickets per game is annoying, if you buy this get ready to experience glitches, lags, and lack of tickets, and the same pets. this game isnt buy worthy. just letting you know that before you download it.
