Updated review
Upon leaving the property I was quite annoyed that deductions of £100 were passed to me for the following:
- Less than a meter squared area of carpet needed a cleaning extra due to being at the front door.
- 4 drops of dirt again needed removing.
- the bottom of a cupboard needed wiping.
My opinion is this would be 30 minutes work and no where near £100 worth of cleaning. What was more frustrating was after giving abbot and frost my response saying the cost is too high, I was pretty much ignored (or felt like I was) for 24 hours. I then emailed them again saying I just wanted my deposit back so accept the charge and within minutes it’s processed and they take the deduction. It comes across that they ignore you until you just accept what they state. Which is annoying as they were so good to start with.

A really good experience viewing several property’s with Debbie and the team today. What is also amazing is the communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!
