We are a small Primary school in Manchester. We have used ABBEY skips for a number of years and the service is great. All office staff are polite and helpful. Great drivers who are willing to assist and happy to work around the School opening times. Brilliant service. MASSIVE THANKS FROM OUR SCHOOL.

After calling around for information and prices, but when I called Abbey, Stacy was pleasant and engaging. She told me that I could get the skip the same day and the price was less than the others too.
I accepted, and the skip was delivered in a couple of hours. Wow!
During the night, other people started to put their rubbish in the skip. I emailed to inform them to collect it as it was full. Also, as not to overload it. Lisa Lally emailed me at 6:34 am, to confirm with my address, but I had already called the office at 8 am. to ask for collection. By 9:30, the truck was here to collect it. Impressive!!
I would use Abbey again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Do not use the liars
I had a frustrating experience with this service that I feel compelled to share. I initially ordered a skip and requested a replacement for 2 PM the next day. The driver called me around 10 AM while on his way, and I informed him that I wouldn’t be on-site until 2 PM. He mentioned he would return later.
However, when I called at 2:33 PM to check the status, I was told that the driver was on the way and would arrive in an hour. After waiting for two hours, I called again, only to be informed that no driver was available, and my request had been pushed to the next day at 8 AM.
I spoke with Stacey about the situation, but I felt that our conversation was not productive, as she insisted that the driver had called at 10 AM. Afterward, I reached out to a manager for further assistance, but unfortunately, I found him to be unhelpful and dismissive. When I requested that he review the call recording, he disconnected the call. HE WAA SO RUDE AND ARROGANT.
I had previously used this service twice without any issues, but this experience has raised concerns for me, especially since we are currently undergoing a building demolition and require reliable service. THEY LOST ALMOST 3K BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS.
I cannot fault the service from Abbey Skip Hire. It has been excellent from ordering to collection. No pressure when extra days needed. Special thanks to the chap who collected. Price is very definitely competitive. Thank you.

Used Abbey Skip Hire recently when we were struggling to find rubbish removal services for a client. Not only were they much cheaper than any quote we had but the customer service was amazing (Stacey was great!). Managed to get a skip delivered the next day and after calling to arrange collection, it was taken the same day. Highly recommend this company, we will definitely use again. Thanks!

Great experience with Abbey skip hire. Customer service and the skip delivery guys were super polite and professional. Really easy to book and great prices. Once the skip was full, I called them up and they collected the same day. 100% recommend this company.

Great support for our volunteers
Wonderful Abbey Skip Hire provided our volunteer litter pickers with a skip again today, free of charge, to support our efforts in trying to tidy up our town. Lovely people to deal with, extremely helpful and generous.
