First class service
Used Abbey to change the locking arrangement for my front door. The service by John was first class and he fully explained the options and associated cost.
Despite an issue with parts delivery we were kept fully informed and the first class service in prompt.y completing the work was much appreciated.
Abbey Locksmiths attended my call out the next day despite it being a specialist "safe" job. Mark has a great team around him and he got it sorted out within an hour. I was impressed!
Locked myself out early on a Sunday morning.
The first company I rang put me through to a generic call-centre, quoted high prices, gave vague answers, and a long wait time.
Then I called Mark at Abbey. He arrived promptly, sorted the job quickly, and had me back inside in no time.

Great service from Jamie.
I had problems with my lock just as I was going out. Jamie came promptly and fixed the issue. Gave me advice re my back door and slightly adjusted it so it’s working perfectly now.
Very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.
Fantastic service from Jay, phoned up explained the situation and was with us in 40 mins. From start to finish job was sorted in half an hour or so, even went on to give us some advice regarding an additional issue with the door in question. Overall fantastic service and would definitely recommend.

We called on an early Friday evening and spoke with Mark about an issue we were having with our front door. He was prompt, kind, and incredibly responsive. Mark took the time to understand the problem, offered helpful advice, and even suggested alternative options to best suit our needs. Exceptional service from start to finish. Thank you! Highly recommended.
Sadly adding this follow up… a month later the lock failed, late on a Saturday night. The 24hr emergency line was forwarded to voicemail, but thankfully a neighbour helped me break in.
While they came back Monday to fix the lock, they are not covering additional costs incurred, so I’m currently out £50.
Suggest to go with another company that covers all costs should you encounter a problem.

We were sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered on Saturday; however, as we mentioned in our email communication, we are only able to extend the warranty to parts that have been supplied and installed by Abbey Locks.
As per the assessment from the attending locksmith, the part that failed, whilst being on the same door, was not one that we had installed. As a good will gesture we have replaced the cylinder free of charge in hopes of providing you with some peace of mind.
We are unable to accept liability for parts that we did not install, any damage caused by your neighbour whilst forcing entry, or any other associated costs.
Please rest assured however that the cylinder and deadlock installed by Abbey Locks remains under warranty; should either part fail or become faulty during the warranty period, we will, of course, replace it free of charge.

Mark did a fabulous job of searching out a replacement lock mechanism for our rear door and it now opens and locks better than when new. Very knowledgeable and professional. Charges were reasonable. Highly recommend.
Highly Recommend. Jamie was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly. When I initially phoned the office Debbie was efficient and helpful and I was given the labour charge. From photos I sent to Jamie he knew what parts to order and a price was given before agreeing to the work.

I would highly recommend the team at Abbey Locksmiths. Excellent service and competitive pricing. We were very happy with them and wouldn't hesitate to either use them again or recommend them to friends and family.
I see this is a co ordinated attack between you and you partner and completely unnecessary. I'm glad you've had an opportunity to vent publicly and I hope it helps you both, but as I explained to you, we are not responsible for your mistakes or incompetence. You broke a key in your lock and demanded that we help. I explained we weren't available and then you called a rogue company who charged over double and you paid them, you then wanted someone to blame and have now started a smear campaign against our company with your partner. Very strange behaviour! As I said on your partners duplicate review, we would urge you to stop harassing our staff.
