We found our dream home in Jan 25 and after many failed attempts at a mortgage and getting our hopes up with several different other mortgage advisors, Cheryl came to our rescue in May 25 and landed us a mortgage that we started to feel was impossible and we are so grateful to her and her team for getting us on the property ladder! She managed to organise everything for me within a matter of a week or so, we were clinging on to the house in hopes something would finally pull through and Cheryl pulled it out the bag when nobody else could ! We have now been in our home 6 months today and still absoutley love it and feel lucky and grateful that we finally have our own home and it's thanks to Cheryl and her team that made this possible and we are forever grateful thankyou so much xx

Received great support and professional advice from Cheryl from start to finish. Competitive mortgage rates provided, with all conditions explained in simple terms. The support extended to Abbey House dealing with estate agents/ solicitors and advice on home surveys. I was kept informed on a weekly basis on how the buying process was progressing and even had my mortgage offer decreased during the process due to change in interest rates. Overall I was really impressed with the level of support and guidance provided and would highly recommend Abbey House to anyone wanting a stress free move.

Further Advance Abbey house mortgages was recommended to me via word of mouth, and I am so glad it was! Cheryl has been amazing! We wanted to raise some money on our house to finish projects, but did not want to lengthen our current term on my current mortgage and didn’t want my monthly payments to increase loads. Cheryl source a few different options for us to look at, she was kind and patient when answering my question. She did not push for me to make a quick decision. Deciding to have a further advance can be confusing but Cheryl explained everything clearly and honestly. I would highly recommend Abbey House and I will definitely be doing my remortgage with Cheryl and any critical illness/income protection cover via her also. She definitely has the customers best interests at the heart of everything she does.

We were daunted about extending and increasing our mortgage in our older years so that we could future proof our house for our old age. Cheryl made the whole process very easy for us and explained things verbally in great detail, following this up with written advice. Once we’d made our mortgage choice, it was all plain sailing and was completed in a short space of time. Cheryl didn’t earn anything from us for arranging our mortgage, however, but despite this, she gave us a first class professional service. For anyone who is reading this review and needing mortgage advice, don’t look anywhere else as Cheryl knows her stuff!
