Lee is simply amazing at making everyone feel better! I've had a few treatments of Bowen Therapy with Lee for my RSI / Tennis Elbow. Lee could easily identify the problem, help to treat it and provide me with excellent after care support. She also offers talking therapies and knows exactly the right thing to say and provides the most comforting words. She really takes time to listen and understand and I think the talking therapy combined with the Bowen Therapy is a powerful way to treat and help anybody. I highly recommend Lee at A Balanced Body with Bowen - she's wonderful!

Lee treated me for a problem I had with my left leg. I had constant pain in my glutes as well as an 'unstable' foot when I walked at pace. I was constantly worrying that I might sprain my ankle. So it prevented me doing any meaningful exercise. After her analysis and advice on my sedentary work style, plus two rounds of therapy; Lee had me totally sorted. Thank you Lee.

I knew speaking to Lee on the phone for the first time that Bowen was going to be of benefit and help me relax. The main reason for going was due to retching/stress and the Bowen therapy alleviated many of my symptoms but it also greatly improved my asthma and muscular-skeletal ailments. Lee is a wonderful practitioner who has worked wonders with me. Within weeks of seeing her, I had reduced my dependance on painkillers for headaches three-fold, I was walking unaided on an ankle that had been a problem for months and I had significantly improved my mobility in my neck. I recently booked an appointment with Lee for a Bowen treatment I wanted to see how this worked, I'm know good at just sitting still I'm either chatting away or moving about so I was quite keen to see what affect this woukd bring to me. I think it's fair to say I didn't relax or let my my body go but Lee soon got me in the zone and I started to enjoy the session I was really suprised how chilled I started to become and I think there was a point where I could have fallen asleep. As the session ended I Could tell Bowen treatment had worked because I felt so relaxed and a noticeable difference than when I went in an hour ago. I can highly recommend Lee from the Wellness Centre. She treated me for menopause issues and after three sessions my hot flushes had gone and my lower back pain was so much easier also! Lee knows so much about the body and gave me great advice regards other problem areas like posture too. I now just do maintenance sessions which are so relaxing aswell as preventing any build up of tightness which would result in pain areas. Thank you Lee

Lee is just fantastic. With a few questions she honed down on the cause and best treatment for a range of physical and emotional problems I currently have. She is a total natural at helping people. I had a lot of tension in my neck, jaw, back - in fact all over the place. I came out feeling so much more relaxed and emotionally clearer in my head. I have suffered with lower back pain and sciatica for several years. It comes and goes often reappearing at the most inconvenient times. The unfortunate thing with sciatica is that you have to ride it out over many weeks with or without a huge amount of strong prescription drugs. So, last October when I was suffering from a frozen shoulder I went along for a taster session. I then went for a full follow up session and my frozen was almost resolved. I completed the exercise that Lee suggested and within a week the frozen shoulder was no more. When my sciatica reared its ugly head I had no reservations about seeking out Lee and Bowen Therapy to help. And help she did! After a couple of treatments Lee had me mobile and able to sit for more prolonged periods. The care during her treatments is exceptional. Her aftercare is as good. And again, Lee has given me a range of exercises to maintain my back and some to do if my back starts to stiffen up. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Lee’s therapies. In fact, I have recommended Lee to various people and have had nothing but positive feedback about her services. Lee goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable with what she’s doing and to ensure that you get the most out of the therapy sessions.

After much deliberation and research I received my first Bowen Treatment a few months ago, after suffering with a trapped nerve in my back and frequent trips to the doctors which resulted in pain killers which hid the pain rather than cure it. The outcome and results I had were amazing and long lasting. At first I could not understand how Bowen would work but each time I have had different results and would highly recommend it. Lee has also done Bowen Treatment on my 8 year old son for his asthma the effects amazed me with the popping sensation he described and he has been a lot better ever since.
